I'm trying to access my PSAT scores and it won't let me enter my verification code. When I try to type the numbers won't appear.

To resolve BigFuture School network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the BigFuture School App
1. On android, goto Settings » BigFuture School » click [Force Stop]

Clear BigFuture School App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BigFuture School » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BigFuture School.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BigFuture School » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BigFuture School » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BigFuture School
