Breakroom Chat Scheduling Reviews

App is amazing, and has really helped my team transition into a better business model, but I get notifications about messages I’ve seen days or weeks before and long since opened and replied to constantly. Please fix.

On iPhone BreakroomChatScheduling is perfect. Replaced everything the crew app had to offer.

However,

The iPad version is basically a cheap zoomed in version of the phone. Not very professional looking. I would like to see a legit scaled version for tablets, as many of our employees are currently using.

After trying many different communications tools to help coordinate the shift workers at my restaurant, I finally found the perfect fit. Breakroom was incredibly easy to set up and use for my team. Unlike other products, I like how you can create dedicated chats and lets people see which messages are read. Breakroom exceeded my expectations with its easy to use interface, making it easy for my employees who use it even though they aren't as tech savy.

With everything in one place, it’s been much easier to keep everyone on the same page.

If you liked crew or simplistic business app as a GM or a DM. This is for you. $25 a month I would say is a little hefty but to be able to communicate with your team or different stores or different managers, this is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations.

BreakroomChatScheduling really has been a godsend.

The ease of scheduling / adjustments on the fly and overall company communication has made my job as manager SO much easier and productive!

The icing on the cake though is that the developers are constantly taking my suggestions for improvements to make BreakroomChatScheduling even better and implementing them quickly.

The Breakroom app is 80% similar to the Crew app. We are grateful to switch our team to Breakroom instead of Square. If there is an easy way to create a new chat, it would be great! We could scroll and select an employee after clicking the “+” button but if we could start a new conversation through “Team” it would make it much easier. For the scheduling function, it would be great if we could upload a “PDF” file!

Many options for Crew to adjust available and request time off, also post all pics at once!

BreakroomChatScheduling is such a great easy app, the only thing I would ask if you could update at some point it when you accept/decline a time off request if it could be permanently removed from the Notification Center. When a lot of time request come in it gets very difficult having to scroll up and down looking for each time request.

BreakroomChatScheduling is great! Easy to navigate and well organized. Great for whatever you need to use it for I highly recommend BreakroomChatScheduling for your work place!

I love being able to see my team’s schedule in real-time and be able to broadcast important announcements to everyone instantaneously. This is THE best

My work team recently transferred over to Breakroom from crew app. We love Breakroom! I believe there should be a kudos leaderboard as crew app has something similar to that. It drives employees to do better and gives a little bit of friendly competition. I would love to see it implemented into BreakroomChatScheduling and I wouldn’t mind paying to give kudos as a recognition of hard work! It would be more rewarding with the kudos leaderboard added to breakroom

The communication features are excellent for everyone involved. It's a tool not just for critical tasks but also for sharing a good laugh with your team and even the boss. Overall, pretty wonderful job.

We switched from the crew app to the break room app and it’s awesome. We have had great luck and success with it, just wish you could do more on a computer as an admin. But other than that it is awesome.

Love BreakroomChatScheduling thus far. Swapping from the Crew app as I see some other users have. Would it possible to get notifications when employees change/update their availabilities to enable managers to adjust accordingly?

I’ve used Breakroom for about 3 months now and it’s been such a great app. The communication is fast and BreakroomChatScheduling is easy to navigate. I use Breakroom for a school club and it works great when used to plan events and talk about meetings. 10/10 app :)

We started using Breakroom a few months ago and it’s been amazing for our team. Super easy to schedule shifts and also we can communicate with one another every day seamlessly!

So far I love the Breakroom app. It meets all my basic needs. There are a few features I wish it had but so far my experience is that customer support is very responsive and working with us to try and add some features. Definitely happy I found BreakroomChatScheduling.

I was recommended BreakroomChatScheduling from another store manager I met recently, so I gave it a shot. Keeping information in sync has been good so far. I also spoke to their representatives on some issues and they solved them promptly. Cant wait for their scheduling to come out. Keep up the good work!

Own a restaurant and the main issue we have alwavs had was communication. Sending texts messages never worked out. I like how you can create certain chats that helps since the chefs aren't getting messages that are unrelated to them vice versa. So far I have to give Breakroom 5 stars for meeting mine and my employees needs and expectations.

Breakroom helps us onboard new teammates and keep channels of communication open. We use it for broadly-distributed announcements, 1-on-1 conversations, and everything in between. Their interface is sleek and I like how they use gifs to make it fun. Our team has had great feedback to using this, over texting and group chats.

Very easy to setup and use. I work with non-tech savvy people and I was surprised how quickly we were able to switch over to Breakroom. The user interface is clean, intuitive and simple. Team communication has definitely improved since we started using BreakroomChatScheduling. Highly recommended.

It works well and nice way to see the schedule. It a quick way to get in touch with managers also. Much quicker than the phone calls.
