I love the concept. But so far I have not been able to read or listen to ANYTHING. It keeps saying “not available on mobile device ” so I downloaded Legible on my iPad. Now it’s saying “you don’t have access to this” on every audio book I have clicked on. And for the life of me I can not figure out how you are supposed to read ebooks when it doesn’t give any sort of option to do so. Very frustrating!!
I subscribed, and I regret it. I don’t know if it didn’t save my password or if the whole app is a scam. In any case, I tried resetting my password. They said that they sent an email, but there was none (not even in the spam folder.) The Help page is a fake. It just tells me that the email has been sent.
I’m going to have to go to my credit card company now to see if they can block future charges.
4 out of the 5 books I searched for were unavailable. Know that this is unlimited access to a very limited library.
I felt like my reading had really taken a nosedive since I became addicted to my iPhone. Since installing this app, I’m finally back to reading more. Legible is easy to use and has an attractive interface. Lots of great titles. Now I’m working hard to build the habit of opening this app instead of social media apps when I have time to kill.
