Password Reset Doesn’t Work

I subscribed, and I regret it. I don’t know if it didn’t save my password or if the whole app is a scam. In any case, I tried resetting my password. They said that they sent an email, but there was none (not even in the spam folder.) The Help page is a fake. It just tells me that the email has been sent.
I’m going to have to go to my credit card company now to see if they can block future charges.
FRUSTRATED

I love the concept. But so far I have not been able to read or listen to ANYTHING. It keeps saying “not available on mobile device ” so I downloaded the app on my iPad. Now it’s saying “you don’t have access to this” on every audio book I have clicked on. And for the life of me I can not figure out how you are supposed to read ebooks when it doesn’t give any sort of option to do so. Very frustrating!!
