The concept of SellRaze is amazing. But there's definitely issues. Theres tons of glitches to where it cuts your pictures off, it doesn't load the page properly, if you hit the back button you have to completely start from square one. It does not load listings properly from other apps such as eBay. You have to keep hitting the back button going back in scrolling and scrolling selecting a listing to import and hope it goes through. When you go to eBay, Facebook, Depop, Mercari to add more information to your listing you can't. So you can't really add important things that you need for certain platforms through SellRaze. So they definitely need a lot of work and they should do a relaunch once they fixed everything. Also sometimes it will double post the same listing.

I requested a refund literally a day after I was charged. The people who run SellRaze said to go through the Apple Store which is what I did. It was denied stating that my response don't meet the conditions for a refund. I stated why I wanted a refund, as stated above…..good luck getting a refund though it was literally once day after they took the money from my account.

I also asked the people who run SellRaze to delete my account because SellRaze has numerous glitches and it doesn't even let your Account be deleted or removed from the apps you added… even when you deleted/unlinked ebay/depop/mercari from SellRaze . It just causes way too many issues.

If you are thinking about trying this app to multi-list avoid at all costs. SellRaze shoukd ne free in beta mode until they resolve issues. I was up until 3AM last night adjusting listings their app posted incorrectly to avoid sales with free shipping. My pricing doesnt allow me to be profitable offering that option for most listings. Also when Items sell It dies not dlist or remove even though they claim it will.

Specifics:

-Mercari listings came through with free shipping, no brand names, no sizing, and wrong categorization even after catagorizing each item during import. App also listed duplicated several Items that had to be removed
-Dpop listings came through with no sizing and incorrect catagories after catagorizing during import.
-FB -No sizes, no shipping option included in post.
-No Poshmark Integration

Shipping option Is through them or ship on your own. I prefer to only ship USPS to avoid having to go drop at multiple shipping locations. Pricing was Inconsistant and to offer the lowest pricing I had to bounce between USPS, FedEx and UPS which would cause me to have to have more daily package drop offs.

Support is via messaging. Even after supplying screen shots and detailed messages of the problems they are asking me to detail the Issues again.

After your three day trial you need to go through Apple to get a refund or dispute your CC. Don’t waste your time or money.

Do not advertise that you are currently compatible with Poshmark when you are not. That feeds into my other apps that you do not have listed, such as Curtsy, and was the main reason I got SellRaze. Before I could see it was offering me a one time discount yearly and since I know I would use this platform I followed the prompt and paid the $20. I have verified my email and phone number over 10 times and it still will not connect to this app despite it showing complete on Mercari’s side. This happened with other platforms as well and this is taking up so much time which just further takes a hit on this purchase as the whole reason was to save time. This is I believe the first and only review I have made for an app. Disappointed with the bugs associated with logging in and the lack of Poshmark, no Curtsy, and being advertised as having current Poshmark availability.

I wanted to like SellRaze so bad. It has potential to be great. However half the features don’t work properly, most of the integrations don’t work, the ones that “do” work wouldn’t fully integrate and nobody could figure out why. So I asked for a refund for my yearly subscription since SellRaze is virtually useless without seller platforms. I was told to request a refund through Apple which was denied because the seller does not allow refunds per Apple. I contacted them again and informed them of this and they read my message and didn’t bother to respond. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance in attempting to fix problems and then with the refund process. I would avoid signing up until they can get integrations figured out. Also they do not support Poshmark at all at this time.

I subscribed to this app specifically for its advertised core feature: automatically delisting items across marketplaces once an item sells. Unfortunately, this feature does not work reliably, particularly with Mercari.

I have experienced multiple confirmed sales where the item remained active and available for purchase across platforms inside this app, creating a serious risk of overselling, forced cancellations, account defects, and lost revenue. This defeats the primary reason for paying for the service.

I reported the issue multiple times and provided clear screenshots showing:
• A confirmed Mercari sale
• The same item still active in this app
• No automatic deletion or delisting occurring

Support has acknowledged the issue and escalated it internally, but there is no fix, no ETA, and no reliable workaround. The problem continues to repeat.

This is not a minor bug — it is a failure of a core paid function. Until this is resolved, sellers are forced to manually monitor and delete listings, which makes the subscription unjustifiable.

I cannot recommend SellRaze to serious resellers until the automatic delisting functionality works as advertised.

SellRaze has so much potential If it did what it advertises it does. It’s hard to get it to post on platforms like depop Or eBay with out getting error message. After the listing is ready to post the listing it glitches and all the pic you just spent the time taking are lost. SellRaze constantly freezes. I think the engineers lost sight and desire to make SellRaze helpful for posting for resellers and are focusing way too much on making it like Instagram . I use to never have this many errors. It stoped being helpful and now it’s just annoying and a waste of time. I want to break my phone every time i use this app to post a listing . Right when you open SellRaze it automatically takes you to the reel window which you can’t change!!! Shows the same reel all the time!!! So it allready starts slower then it use to. I use to be able to open SellRaze scan an item And post . Now that is not the case . As a paying member i regret paying for the year and I wouldn’t recommend you spend your money! Give SellRaze some time to figure out what they want to focuse on . SellRaze does not do what it adversities . But if you want to see the same 5 thrifting reels over and over ago. With no way at of blocking any of them the I would download SellRaze . Let’s make this app great again and get rid of the stupid reels.

I do Not know who is Running SellRaze! But SellRaze Needs to be taken down, I Just got scammed selling an item. Posted an item to sell! And the item got sold, Come to Find out that there was No address For Me to ship it to. Nothing showed up! And then on top oF that, SellRaze keeps crashing. Tried to contact customer support along with other things! And the only thing that it kept saying was oops can Not pop up at this time, And this isn’t Just with one thing. I tried clicking on different things to help My situation and that’s all that kept popping up! The reviews on here are a Joke, I don’t know who is Leaving these positive reviews. But there Not LEGIT! SellRaze IS A SCAM.

Unfortunately, after subscribing through Apple, I got stuck in a subscription loop. Even though I paid, SellRaze kept asking me to subscribe again and wouldn’t let me list anything. I reached out to support and they were responsive and even tried manually flagging my account, but nothing fixed it.

I gave it multiple chances, force closed, reloaded, everything. Still stuck. SellRaze just doesn’t work as expected right now, and I had to request a refund.

If they fix the bug and SellRaze becomes stable, I’d consider trying again. But until then, be careful before paying

I’m surprised they put this on SellRaze Store because it’s not ready to be used. I have had SO many issues with it. It’s just not finished yet, and needs to be ready for customers to use before they put it on SellRaze Store and have people pay for a subscription for it. I talk to the developers on a chat on there and they hear my concerns, but I feel like they just put bandaids on the issues and then something else becomes an issue. Very frustrating and I would not say it’s worth paying for in the current state it’s in.

My phone was working just fine till I started running this app, SellRaze is used to be what it was intended to be but has since become a new Instagram reels and it cannon handle it. Every time I use the camera search the reels are still running in the background, thus causing SellRaze to run slower and eventually freeze or crash. I’ve expressed this issue to their support team and was told that they’d remove the reels from my page but they lied completely, I have a screenshot of the conversation with their support team, and for what I’ve paid for with the whole subscription it’s been very disappointing, I will not be renewing my subscription, because this has been a major waste of my money and time.

I’ll give it to them it worked really well in the beginning but then they wanted to become something that they’re not or don’t have the software for it.

Does what a normal quick Google Image search does, only on a nice app layout. The feed page is all paid advertising, if we’re paying for SellRaze , it should be an option to have that hidden. I don’t want brainrot ads spamming my phone. Unnecessary data and power spent on that. The search section, is very unhelpful. You can type a general search and not get efficient results. Definitely needs tweaking. There needs to be a simpler way to upload photos to scan, not a 3 step process. Overall it’s a decent app with too much weight, make it cleaner for what it’s meant to be. Definite potential. Review by a veteran level reseller.

I overall like the look and feel of SellRaze and I can tell it has potential to be a huge time saver for people who sell often and don’t want to post multiple times on different marketplaces, but there are a few glitches that can make it more frustrating to use this than it is to post normally.

I spent time creating a listing and pressed publish and the listing is nowhere to be found.

I also constantly get stuck in a loop of having to authenticate my Facebook, even if I’ve done it already.

The lack of a back button on some pages causes me to accidentally exit the entire listing I’m working on and lose it.

Once these minor usability issues are fixed , I’ll update my review.

SellRaze is great for finding prices and even ai filling listings, but it is not the greatest when it comes to the actual cross listing component, there are so many glitches and bugs that need to be fixed. I’ve had the greatest problem with shipping, I’d love if SellRaze allowed you to use your own shipping when posting on Depop, when I list from SellRaze I am forced to use depops shipping. As Depop is my main platform and one where I use my own shipping, it has made it difficult to want to continue to use SellRaze

As someone who is just starting a reseller business, SellRaze was the perfect solution for me to list on multiple platforms at the same time and track my items in one place.

SellRaze is actively in development with additional features and challenges as we go. My communication with the support/development teams have been really productive and they seem to take my feedback seriously when I raise an issue (whether it be a workaround or a fix or a new feature). I feel included in ensuring SellRaze succeeds and it’s nice to be a part of something that can only grow stronger with time and use.

I think SellRaze has a lot of potential but there’s little glitches like when i want to post an item and it searches the generator never loads for some reason and also the search bar doesn’t work for me but other then that i see SellRaze being big in the future just needs little updates!

The customer service far exceeded my expectations! Site had me ready to quit, I asked for help and in less than 30 minutes they (Jeff) had me squared away! Don’t give up………it’s a piece of cake after you work through your initial frustrations. BTW, Jeff offered help without que twice…….like a fool I ignored him both times.

It is very easy to make listings for anything you could possibly have to sell. The listing process is extremely user friendly as you have full control over where you want to sell your items. Everything is organized and easy to find.

I recently realized I had to reason to keep most of the clothes in my closet that I don’t use. I’ve been in the fashion in my whole life, and I now know sometimes things don’t turn out how you imagine them to be when you buy them or put them together with a piece you had in mind, so I realize I can list them and maybe make a little profit which now turns on today wholesale/resale and having one place where I can enter the info once and it spread out to all my platforms at one time it’s just so amazing!

Only 5 starts so it’ll be at the top. I paid for the subscription so that I can post listings, and I see that they only post the listing with videos onto the explore feed. My videos will not post. I’ve tried updating SellRaze , deleting and reinstalling, everything I can think of. My videos keep getting stuck in the pre-publishing phase and they will not post attached to my listing. Even though they’re attached the entire way through, until the listing actually posts, and then the videos gone.

A truly revolutionary app. It has made selling items so much easier! No more listing items individually one by one. Selraze does it it one go. I am extremely impressed by what this app can do. Especially with the autofill product information. Listing products online has not been easier!
