I’ve tested this myself and had others repeatedly correct the ai when asked for best contact method. It could not take the contact number. I witnessed a client become visibly angry after several attempts. What’s worse is the ai tried to end the call before offering an additional chance to correct the number. Literally worthless.

This app has a lot of potential, but it falls short in providing a detailed breakdown of the phone call content. Instead of summarizing the key points or important details from the conversation, the app focuses on praising itself—commenting on how polite and effective the AI voicemail representative was and how it made the client feel comfortable. That information is completely irrelevant to me. I need concise notes about the substance of the call, not self-congratulatory feedback.
Additionally, the app consistently fails to make outgoing phone calls, which is alarming for something designed to handle communication. If I transcribed the call and used ChatGPT, it would do a much better job of highlighting key takeaways. This app seems to be overcomplicating things without delivering the basics. I hope the development team takes this feedback seriously and improves both the note-taking functionality and the reliability of outgoing calls. I’m looking forward to the next update before my subscription ends. Thanks.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this app works. The AI’s voice sounds very natural, and when i tested it with a multitude of questions it did great at providing general information to “the customer” even though I hadn’t trained it with that information. I also love that calls are recorded so you can listen to the whole thing later.
For me though, and I think any real business use case, it’s missing two major features. 1. Business Hours. We all hate getting calls outside of our normal hours, and it should allow you to set hours in which it would go straight to the AI and even use a different greeting during those hours. 2. Auto attendant. There should be an option, whether it be a separate system or just part of letting the AI answer and screen the calls, but then forward them to you. This is the feature my current system has that cuts out almost all spam calls, because auto-dialers can’t get past a “press # for customer service”. Having callers dial through to you right away and THEN go to the AI is not gonna work for me since my number is public and I get so many spam calls.
If they add those two features, I’ll definitely return and even be willing to pay more for it. I already pay more for a system that has those features but not AI.
