Rewards

App did not have my free play on account when I opened it.

Unable to see my rewards

I entered my phone number and verified, however I’m unable to view my rewards or offers. I’ve tried multiple times. I even uninstalled BallyRewards and reinstalled it with no resolve. Waste of my time.

If it ain’t broke…

This new app is awful. When I go to hotel offers I cannot get back to rewards page. I can’t see win/loss- have to get it through email. Old app was much better.

App doesn’t work

Was able to log in and see rewards and promos once, then it stopped working, not able to log into account. There is no contact for app support. Useless.

Doesn’t work

I downloaded and BallyRewards loads but I keep getting an error message and cannot proceed into the actual rewards part of BallyRewards .

Have tried several times. Scanned at the casino Ann still saying that I have the wrong credentials that I have used for 15 years

BallyRewards don’t have the Ballys property in Colorado. Sad
