I purchased a monthly subscription. The first day I ran out of coins and it didn't replenish. I want my money back
Salutations,I have done a weekly subscription, but I'm not receiving the benefits. It's going on day 2 and I've already spent more than 30 dollars purchasing chapters. I've already sent an email but have not received any response. Can you guys help me please.

What’s the point of a monthly subscription

I was excited to find an app that had a monthly subscription, I love to read and I am willing to pay what an average book would cost. But I don’t understand why I would pay $20 a month and on top of that STILL have to pay for the book. I paid $20 for the subscription and then paid $10 for the book. I wasn’t even half way through the book and I needed to pay more. For 1 book, not even being half way through it I paid $30. That is ridiculous and this app for that reason is a scam.

Now you introduction app. With first book you Showcase. Says that all chapters are free. But when l download the app and find the book. Find out that only a few chapters are free and rest you are expected to pay for? So why did you lie about the book’s chapters being free when they are clearly not?

This app is a Scam

The app has great books with good storylines but the cost of reading books in this app is astronomical, it’s even cheaper to just by a book at the store and read it than to read a book in the app. They offer a $20 monthly subscription and you would think that it allows you to read any and all books unlimited but the subscription only gives you a certain amount of coins a month which most ppl will use them in a day or 2. The cost to read books in this app is not worth it.
To the authors (if they get to read this) this app is doing a disservice to you, a lot of readers are loving your stories but are unable to finish them because of the scammer app.
