I need help. My app Subscription is premium and I am constantly being bombarded by a screen that says I have premium subscription and to click on a link to return back to where I was before but it doesn’t go back to where I was but instead it takes me back to the history listings. Help! Please! It’s happening very frequently now and it’s getting worse.

I went to an event where it was important to record the sessions so that I can have the transcription and summary notes. It appeared to record all the sessions, but when it transcribed it only permitted me to transcribe two or three. It kept getting locked up on the other ones. I deleted many of the older ones thinking it was a storage issue, that did not resolve. I deleted SumAI to then reinstalling my subscription and now none of the recordings are on here. I just wasted a week on business sessions and got absolutely nothing out of this. I will be canceling subscription.

I upgraded my account, but after a few transcriptions that took forever I am looking for a more efficient app. The uploads take a ridiculously long amount of time and I even adjusted my phone display settings to “never” so it wouldn’t auto-lock in the middle of an upload. After at least 30 minutes the video still had not uploaded and began to transcribe. Now granted this was an hour long video, if this file was too big there should be some type of notification to inform users. The shortest file I’ve transcribed was 30min and although the output was decent, I’m certain there are better apps that will deliver cheaper especially for a paid premium experience.

I’ve been using SumAI for a while now and it used to be amazing! Now all of a sudden, I’ve lost recordings because sometimes the recording takes too long and so I try to transcribe it again and I stop the existing transcription, but then the entire recording just disappears!! It’s happened multiple times before and never happened when I first installed SumAI. I bought the premium version as well hoping this problem doesn’t continue and it still continues.

Using SumAI to Record > Create a new speech record is useless with the constraint that SumAI must remain active. Managing to keep my phone from locking is too distracting during an interview. Decent transcription capability but the product is not mature enough to keep subscribing to premium features. Has failed once to complete upload, which also requires SumAI to stay active, though most uploads completed to the processing stage in a reasonable amount of time.

I did not see anywhere in SumAI Store or in SumAI itself where it says that there is a limit in the length of audio that it would summarize from 1 file. It seems to be somewhere around 15 minutes. At first I did not know that so was missing a lot of transcription.

You literally push a couple buttons and act at the rest very user-friendly

I have tried a few transcriber apps. This is the best in accuracy and ease of use. It gets expensive to experiment with multiple apps in order to find the one with the most accurate and useful platform. This is easily used to upload a video and it quickly transcribes the dialogue with very few mistakes or deviations from what is said. When it did record in text differently than the audible, it was minor enough that it is easy to discern intent of statement. Marked time periodically creates another advantage as finding the statements on the video from which it is transcribed is easily done.

Very quick and accurate! Would recommend to anyone who needs to transcribe text from a file that you may have difficulty hearing or understanding.

When i'm not able to watch a video i can just put it into SumAI and read it instead

Takes a little long to process (I did have a 27 min audio clip) but the overall export was nearly 100% accurate.

It really helps me for making notes and it takes less time instead of watching the hold video

I’m in the trial phase but tbh … SumAI works far better than I expected it! … I still need to review at the end and I do take a few key notes but generally it captures and summarizes what is important so it saves time and effort!

This is the best AI voice to text transcription app out of all apps I’ve tried. All transcriptions are highly accurate. No failed audio recording. Transcription Summary option works great, making summary shorter or longer on demand. Great app 👍

I’ve used SumAI to transcribe audio recordings. Summary points are a great way to share the highlights of the file! Wished monthly subscription was at the $5 or so. It’s mostly for personal use.

I am loving this transcriber app! It’s accurate, clear, provides options as to how you want to see the transcripted text (full view, bullets or summary) and it takes away the stress and mechanical need to take notes myself so I can focus on what the speaker is saying.

I just had the conversation with some people who were giving me a hard time. I managed to capture every single word they said, thanks to this amazing app. It even breaks down their sentences for me. I'm so excited to show all of this to my lawyer!

I’ve wasted so much time re-writing transcriptions so that I could comprehend the information later when studying. There is a YouTuber who narrates so beautifully. I wanted to study her word choices, descriptive techniques, her pacing… SumAI transcribed her video so that I can practice my own writing and video narration just like her. This is a game changer!
