I give this 2 stars because it worked but it’s expensive because you must pay every month and its way too much.
Also if you cancel AITranscribe after you use it it said it will continue to work for the end of the month but it doesn’t and you paid big money for an app then it will take your input and whatever you used it for and not work anymore and you wont be able to retrieve the information you used it for so its bull

I purchased AITranscribe a couple of days ago and used it about 10 times. I thought, man, this awesome, but noticed it stops transcribing around 15 minutes into the recording. And then during a critical meeting it stopped altogether and told me I must download an update. Which I did. Next it acted like a brand new app and wanted me to purchase it again. I lost all my previous recordings. Obviously it doesn’t really work. But in addition to these 2 errors, it also would not work across devices. After I had purchased it for my iPhone, I also wanted it for my iPad, but nope. It wanted me to purchase it again.

Wow. Too many issues.

Even though it says you can cancel anytime, I Can not cancel the subscription !!!!!

AITranscribe does not work. I can not upload my recording to my drive.

Did a free trial testing out AITranscribe (which i barely intended on using) only to see that y’all randomly charged my card for 25$

Despite there being instructions on how to unsubscribe to this after your three day trial this is only my first day by the way, there is no link in Settings to do such a thing. Take this as my written request to cancel this subscription as it is not what I thought it was.I have that that right because this is only day two. What else could I have done? When there is no link on AITranscribe to do such a thing even though it says there is. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I don’t understand why they charge money for something that should be a built in utility of the phone. This should be treated the same as using a calculator, taking photos, recording videos, and making phone calls - a basic tool. It’s part of what you pay for when you purchase the $1k phone

There is no transcript Even when the audio is recorded. This has happened to me a few times this week.

There’s a relatively inexpensive subscription option (why not just a modest one-time fee?) but the free trial goes to an expensive yearly subscription after just a few days—and so far, the only way I can see to unsubscribe is through Apple, which has always been and continues to be unwieldy. It seems to have been set up for, as Elvis Costello might say, “accidental purchase.” And that’s exactly what it was in my case, as I was actually looking for the Sound Recorder app, which is good and free—or at least it was last time I installed it.

AITranscribe does not work. It’s a little frustrating to record something that you think is going to be translated and have it stuck on AITranscribe. I would’ve used a different app that actually worked if I would’ve known.

Fraudulent seller. Signed up for the trial and was charged the beginning of the third day. Secondly, recorded a conversation and there is no transcription? So even if I wanted to use it, I can’t.

Wanted to use to record myself saying different mandarin phrases to see if I was right or not (use as a study tool) unfortunately it doesn’t pick up any of my mandarin or my wife’s, who is a translator by profession so I know hers is correct at the very least.

I purchased the one year membership and after starting to transcribe a meeting, somehow after tot amount of time, it stopped and not records of the recording was there. AITranscribe show features that do not really exist.
I am disappointed and now I don’t know how to cancel my renewal and the link to the website seems a bad website.
I want to stop my membership.

Very difficult to unsubscribe and intentionally meant to get those who either don’t take the extra difficult effort to unsubscribe or those that just concede to pay what they thought was free . I expected some minor options w the free app then add ons later. Not the case. Look online and read other reviews for those that are continuously free w add on options. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

1. on the free trial I was instantly charged $7, which I will now need to chase down to remove. 2. there is no support or help offered. 3. The memo to iCloud did not work. 4. You cannot label the voice recordings. For me I want an app that allows you to keep your voice recordings and also provides a transcription to store elsewhere. 5. It’s possible they allow you to do some of these things but after multiple attempts to save files and re-name files I gave up as there is no support. BETTER OPTIONS EXIST, LOOK before you sign up to the NON FREE subscription.

AITranscribe transcribes the first few minutes of a meeting and then stops. Several times after restarting the recording and transcription it has completely disappeared. The first time I assumed was doing incorrectly (very few instructions to refer to btw). My next meeting i had to quickly copy the transcription before it stopped and send to myself several times during the meeting and it disappeared. Cannot believe I just lost recording and notes on my meeting. What exactly did I pay for here???

I know you have 3 days to cancel. However the meeting I needed to record (only once) was delayed a day, on the fourth day I cancelled and now they keep trying to charge $30 for that one use. Give me a break 3days!! Hardly enough time to evaluate an app that expensive.

Never ever again will I trust this company to stand behind their product.

This is not a user friendly recording app. I have made many recordings but am unable to find where they went. Under my records it says I have zero. Extremely frustrating b/c those recordings are lost. I have been trying to find guidance but can’t find any online. Shop around. There are much better apps available.

Makes it impossible to cancel

they’ve made AITranscribe to where you sign up for a free trial but when you go to cancel it, it keeps freezing and it won’t let you cancel and you can’t talk to customer service. I’ve already gotten charged two months and I didn’t want even one month. The features were not great enough to even have to pay for this! This should be free! It's like there's no way to communicate with them!

The user interface is terrible. Trying to transcript an imported file is convoluted beyond explanation. Waste of money. I went to Transkriptor and love their ease of use and accuracy.

I was recording a conversation which was crucial and now cannot access the conversation, and have no idea how to do so. AITranscribe is very difficult to figure out.

I recorded 20 minutes of audio and it transcribed about 100 words. This product isn’t great.

Downloaded AITranscribe in hopes to transcribe a recording that I had on my iPhone. AITranscribe would not transcribe anything. I couldn’t even edit the conversation. Really not worth the money. Good thing there was a three day free trial.

i recorded a 40 minute interview for a project and the recording disappeared in the middle and now k can’t access it. i checked multiple times during to check that it still was, and at one point when i checked there it had stopped recording and deleted the entire past 35 minutes. now i have to try to fabricate the whole conversation

Recorded a long conversation and it stopped recording and disappeared. Not sure at what point it stopped or why. For the cost it should better. Also when I shared it to another iPhone they couldn’t listen.

I downloaded AITranscribe , used it for a few hours and it didn’t work as I hoped so I tried to cancel. I thought the cancelation was confirmed and now they just charged me. No way to contact consumer service. Reached out to the facebook page and haven’t heard anything from them. I recommend avoiding.

Every time I tried to use AITranscribe it kept closing. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I paid to have AITranscribe . It is not free you don’t have a choice to use AITranscribe without purchasing.

To start, it does not support mp4 files so video transcription is not possible. And $24.99 a month? For something that can’t even do what I need it to do…

The preview page on AITranscribe makes it look as if the transcription will differentiate between the different voices on a conference call. This is false advertisement as it does not work this way and it actually misses a lot of the conversation in the transcription. Also no instructions or recommendations in AITranscribe . No idea what I just paid $34 for.

How does one get a refund? I’ve had it less than a week and flat out does not work as advertised.

I accidentally downloaded AITranscribe. Didn’t realize it was only a free trial before I got charged $24 so I tried canceling it. But there was no way to cancel it I had to reach out to the manufacturer via email and now I’m just hoping they respond since I’ve never used it nor plan on using it.

I want to cancel this service before my 3-day free subscription expires. I don’t see a way to access “my account” to cancel. Am I trapped into autorenewing so I will be charged for this?

AITranscribe is automatically provided on an iPhone, and that has been perhaps the single reason I use it. For true usability, I am now looking for a voice recording app that has these features: • Good perception of primary source v. background noise • Automatic pause when silence occurs • Manual pause without stopping the recording • Appending new material to an existing recording • Detection of language during transcription So far AITranscribe does not meet those basic requirements.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'll record items that I feel are important from our 2 hour meetings and both times I was only able to record a few seconds and nothing else. I'm pausing it and then restarting throughout the meeting but only get 13 seconds of recording. Luckily I'm still taking notes but AITranscribe isn't worth it for me.

I searched for instructions and couldn’t find any help to transcribe a voice recording I imported from iCloud. Had to cancel due to it not seeming to work with pre recorded voice memos. I gave it two star because it seems to work on recording I create with AITranscribe . I will need to keep looking for an app that can transcribe voice memos on my iPhone.

For any setting where there are non American accents, AITranscribe and option is not the best fit. Transcription missed 80% of interview. For American audience and speakers I heard a winner.

I gave this recording app a try and although it worked it wasn’t really what I was looking for so I deleted it. Now it has been trying to hit my debit card repeatedly. I don’t want AITranscribe and deleted it why continue to try charging me for it??

These is fair but does not meet my needs because it skips too many words. The sentences are not clear.

The audio portion of this application works great however, I subscribed for its ability to be able to transcribe my audio notes. However, the application stops transcribing after one minute of recording. The audio still continues to record, but the transcribing completely stops.

I really like AITranscribe , it’s easy to use and the quality is good. However, the transcription feature only transcribes 10mins of audio. I used it to record a meetings that needed to be transcribed, each about an hour long, and now I’m stuck with hours of transcription i still need to do because AITranscribe only did 10 mins. I wish it would have said that somewhere so i could have restarted it every 10 mins.

I have only used the free trial for a day, but I found it very useful and accurate. I've been also comparing it to other speech to text apps and so far this has been the best one. Not only that, the yearly price is a lot more affordable compared to other apps. For example, some apps will charge you a whopping $4.99 per hour!

First of all, I downloaded this thinking it would be some simple voice recorder but no, you literally have to pay 300(but rn it’s on sale for 34 dollars)A YEAR and 24 dollars a MONTH in order to USE AITranscribe. Why would I do that when AITranscribe that Apple provides is better and free? This is just a stupid money laundering scam so don’t waste your time.

How can I write a review when I have not tried AITranscribe ?

I’m using AITranscribe to record noise to back up my claim on a complaint that was made by the writer of evidence that the noise is real and not just complaining.

I love the quality of the recording that you offer. I purchased AITranscribe and I want to use it on both of my phones. Do I have to buy it again?

It’s a convenient way for me to listen to what I read and producing a better understanding of it .

I was looking for an app to transcribe voice to text and now I have it! also I can remove annoying noise from recording 🔥 totally love it 😍

I love how easy this makes my day as a Virtual Assistant. I’m able to record important meetings, I even use it for my own personal notes since I tend to forget things very quickly. The sound quality is great, I’ve used other apps before and this one by far has been the best one!
