Can’t recommend Clic for Mac. I had to uninstall the same day when I noticed that I couldn’t use my arc sound bar because the same this app app keeps disconnecting

Yet ANOTHER subscription “service”. You will never own Clic. This is a lease only app. Absurd. You’re basically employing the developer not paying for an app. There are better Sonos alternative apps in the store you can buy and not lease like this one.

there doesn't seem to be a way to search music services here. IT's only to control what you already have playing. There is the option to play "Favorites" but nothing else. Add that and I'll give 5 stars.

I tried Clic and while it wasn’t as buggy as the official Sonos controller, it’s not much better. And 109% is not worth an annual subscription. Buy SonosPhone instead. Much better app experience and a one time cost of $3.99. And no I have no affiliation with them. I’m just a user.

It’s bizarre to me that Sonos’ app doesn’t support Live Activities or the Apple Watch directly, but Clic is every bit as good.

Easily the best and simplest Sonos app. Just wish there was a pairing and rename option.

After years of struggling with the stock Sonos app and its increasingly frustrating updates, I finally found a solution in the this app app. My experience with Sonos was becoming nearly unbearable; slow performance, constant crashes, and a convoluted interface made using my sound system a chore rather than a joy. However, this app has completely transformed my Sonos experience.

I really like Clic. Simple and clean UI and UX. Hopefully Sonos will can fix the dumpster fire of an app redesign they committed. My only ask for this app is to add background refresh pleaseeeeee for live activities (what’s current playing) to be refreshed

I was one of the many it seems cursing the new app. Found Clic from a Facebook review from an IT guy. My main problem with the new app was finding my playlist. Well, Clic brings it right up! Thankfully, problem solved. Forever grateful….😀

Clic is exactly what I needed. It's simple and easy to use. It is definitely worth the $15 as it saves me a minute every time I want to use my Sonos system (which is multiple times a day).

The watch app is also great and somethjng I didn't know how much I needed.

The developer is very responsive and took my feedback seriously and included an update in the very next release of Clic . This was still while I was in the trial period and it turned me into a customer.

I wish more software was developed in this way.

I have my Sonos speakers on an "IoT devices" VLAN and my computers/phones on a separate network, with SSDP/MDNS discovery and routing between them. The classic desktop Sonos controller works fine with this setup, as did the old official iOS app prior to it being replaced with the new, minimally functional app. But this is the only third-party iOS controller I've tried that also works here!

Sonos recently destroyed their first party app. If you rely mostly on Apple Music and the music app to play to Sonos, this seems like the best alternative at the moment. Even better in some ways than the original app. Worth checking this out with free trial if you’re disappointed by the recent change. This will be my daily driver now.

Really quick and reliable app. I also appreciate that the developer states that they don’t track user data. This has replaced the official Sonos app on my home screen.

I would appreciate he option of having a more compact list of speakers, and also more widget options. Perhaps a quick-access list of all speakers? But honestly this is great and I’m happy to have found it.

When Airplaying audio from my iPhone to my Sonos speakers, adjusting the volume can be a frustrating experience. There is a delay between adjusting the volume & the volume actually changing which makes it difficult to find the desired level.

That’s where this app is a lifesaver. It’s refreshingly convenient to adjust the volume from the this app app, live activity, widget, and Apple Watch - and there is no delay.

Sonos' recent app update, a colossal mistake in every significant category of measurement for the quality of experience design from human factors to stability and performances, had me ready to replace my entire Sonos setup [5 One, 4 Play:1, 2 Play:3, 2 Five, 1 Connect: Amp, 1 Connect, 2 Playbar, 1 Sub, 1 Boost] before I found this app. this app resolved the horrible Sonos stock app's massive data latency and responsiveness issues. Now, with this app adjusting volume, grouping speakers, starting to play, and so on, work the first time, typically with ms response times.

this app doesn’t integrate with your Spotify account unless you have public playlists (which it finds via username lookup).

My Spotify account is private, so I’d *love* to know when Spotify account integration might be available in this app!

Update: It’s a shame that Spotify hasn’t yet approved this app for Spotify API integration. This reflects very poorly on Spotify developer relations — I hope they get their act together. Thanks for your quick & informative response, Nick!
