How to fix DumbPhone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DumbPhone app on iPhone
Update DumbPhone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DumbPhone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DumbPhone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DumbPhone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DumbPhone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DumbPhone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DumbPhone App
1. On android, goto Settings » DumbPhone » click [Force Stop]

Update DumbPhone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DumbPhone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DumbPhone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DumbPhone.

Fix DumbPhone unable to contact server/ DumbPhone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DumbPhone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DumbPhone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DumbPhone
