Forgot password and can’t change it

Yeah..So I was one of the first veterans to be on Vettix before it was even a thing. I haven’t been on it for quite a few years and now I found out there’s an app. So I downloaded the app and tried to change my password and it said it banned me from ever being on Vettix for not following a rule. What rule you say? I have no clue!! They won’t even let me contact them..

Literally constant login issues. Just spins away without ever logging in. I can login to the website just fine. But there are events that force you to use this app
Tickets?? Scam??

I’ve put in for several tickets. Each time there is zero notification if you have entered a request and no notifications if you get tickets or not. They are still happy to take my personal information. Many of my veteran friends have had similar experiences. Stay away. It’s a waste of your time and your personal information might be at risk.
