I cannot log on. When I put my password in, it keeps indicating "password incorrect. I have tried resetting my password at least 10 times, but I keep getting the same thing, "password incorrect"! I am on the website, because I keep getting notices about upcoming events. But it will not allow me to log on. i have no idea what to do to element

WORLD CUP TICKETS FOR MILITARY is not showing for the DALLAS TX area. Not to mention there is no customer service phone number to call available.

The last two events that I attended i spent half the event trying to send a thank you message and photo to Vettix with the new system. I'm going on 74 yrs old and can't figure it out. If you must suspend my account I'll understand. I just wanted to explain. Thank you.

Tried numerous times to change password. States between 8 and 64 characters. I tried 8 forms of passwords NUMEROUS times and the system kept replying with the same message: New password does not meet the requirements. Too many password change attempts. Please try again in later. Then after a few attempts they prevent me from trying to change password. So I wait 2 hours to attempt again. Once again same problems. I try to find a number to call but the help center says you have to be logged in first. CATCH 22!!!!

Purchased tickets to Greater Charlotte Home Show and the event was canceled. How do I get my coin and money refunded?

I am attending my vents, I take pics to prove I was there, it says it’s accepted, but when I try to do my Thanks, it says for me to verify pics it is not allowing me to choose he pic that was accepted hole at the venue. I am supposed to be able to do my thanks up to 10 days following the event vent if I take the pic at the venue within the 3 hrs starting 1 hr before event. The last 3 events I attended, it did not allow me to say thanks. I love to review and thank those that make these events possible. Please help!

Application is not completed because I, USAF disabled veteran cant be verified by VET TIX system. I use ID.ME for VA purposes, and again VET TIX system cant verify, Please assist.

I can't verify my account with ticket master. They have an old phone number on my account and want me to give them that number. I haven't used vet tix for several years and I have no idea what phone number was used. I have tried all numbers I can remember, but none are correct.

I have new email address and can't login

When I check availability of an event, I get the message: We need to confirm that your email is still valid. An email is supposedly sent that provides a six digit code. I never get this email even though my email of dennis@redacted is a valid email. I've tried this a number of times on different dates and get the same result?

For some reason my account has been suspended. Hence I can’t log into the site. I haven’t violated any terms or conditions., I just wanted to update my password but the app had login issues. Please respond to this message…please reinstate my account. I’d be happy to start over if that’s the case.,
