Don’t know why they had to change the app. Is complicated to navigate and hard to tell when you in the red or the black. And now that it is updated when I login I don’t have access to my personal account or savings. Just my business account. The website is just as bad.

The latest version makes you take more steps to deposit checks via your smartphone, and when it gets to the photo taking, it rejects the photos no matter how many times you retake the photo.

The old app was bad. I agree it needed replacing. But I haven’t been able to get into the new one. Decided to delete and reinstall. Didn't accept my old password, it didn’t send me a text or email to update. Altogether useless. Honestly makes me want to change banks.
