I bought 20gb eSIM service for a trip overseas. The plan worked for about 24 hours after activation and stopped. My phone was showing connection but no data could be used. When contacted customer service, I was informed plan was activated and used so no help or refund. It feels like a scam to buy a service, have it activated and stop service.
I bought two ESIM cards for two weeks unlimited to İstanbul and the service was very slow. They tell you before you buy it’s 5G, but it’s only 3G.
Worst experience ever, and Customer Service doesn’t help.
Thank goodness only bought for 1 day to try out. Don't waste your money.
Youll look silly trying to use internet to get transportation in a high-pace city. Its one of the most expensive esims and slowest.

The BITE network towers do no reach my location. Lucky the technicians were very rapid with responding to my request for assistance. The customer service is far superior to Holafly. Bite signal works in Riga but not here in Adazu. I was able to use 85mb of service do to my location. I will give this service another try when I travel to another country
I used ByteSIM on one phone and Airalo on the other. ByteSIM was a bit pricier but the Claro esim worked perfectly. Airalo sold me a “Tikal Mobile” esim. Tikal Mobile is just a reseller. They just buy low priority access from real providers. So the ByteSIM phone had fast access and the Airalo phone had hardly any access.
I have currently been in Japan for a Three months school exchange, and ByteSIM has been an absolute lifesaver for me with its cheap prices, outstanding customer service and easy use. If your going to travel abroad and want fast internet I recommend ByteSim.
The customer service is good and it’s very simple tbh I bought an eSIM and it didn’t work but when I tried ByteSIMeSIM I knew I’m only gonna use this for eSIM and it’s very good for people who travel a lot.
Got 5Gb for 5 days in Korea and 5Gb for 5 days in Thailand for $12 total. Was suspicious about such prices, but everything worked as you expect. Great deal.
