Stuck on Chinese so deleted app. Now cannot reinstall app only "open" on App Store. When trying to use offline it prompts me to purchase "fish." Have spent hours trying to use these for weeks and support chat unavailable as usual.
At first the technology was so accurate and they keep wanting you to buy more fish coin even after buying $300 earbuds! Don’t waste your money
Does not translate well. Also does not pick up all the words in a conversation or sentence. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The old version was much better, i mean UI design. Please bring it back
Sometime translate problem like " i eat fish, meat " and it show " i eat ****, **** "
The word is censored even though it is not vulgar.
I use PolyPal when I attend Church on Sundays because it translates religious phrases so well!
