OLED Screen doesn’t work

I got the light stick for my niece’s birthday. I ordered from the official site so it’s not the light stick that’s the problem. This app will control the lights: color, brightness, etc but when I try to change the OLED screen, it confirms the download and then circles back to connecting the stick. Hopefully my niece is ok with it as is.

i keep trying to open the app to connect to my lightstick and change the little digital display screen icon, but the app won't open?? like i keep trying to open the app but it just ends up stuck on a blank white screen and not loading and i got a error 403 forbidden page once. I don't know what's going on but it's honestly kinda disappointing rn bc i just wanted to change the display screen :(
Does not work with an iPad anymore

When I first downloaded the app on June 8th it was working fine there was no issues with the app on my iPad Pro until as of the 30th of June the app stopped working and it showed the 403 Forbidden screen I could not even get into the app itself please fix this issue so it I can get back into the app with no issues. JYP please fix this
