GTA iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever GTA app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix GTA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GTA app on iPhone
Update GTA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GTA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GTA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GTA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GTA app issues:

Force Stop the GTA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GTA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GTA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GTA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GTA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GTA.

Fix GTA unable to contact server/ GTA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GTA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GTA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GTA on android.
