How to fix ServerKit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ServerKit app on iPhone
Update ServerKit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ServerKit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ServerKit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ServerKit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ServerKit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ServerKit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ServerKit App
1. On android, goto Settings » ServerKit » click [Force Stop]

Update ServerKit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ServerKit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ServerKit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ServerKit.

Fix ServerKit unable to contact server/ ServerKit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ServerKit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ServerKit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ServerKit
