Love this game but have spent over $80 to play. Completed levels (using coins for extra time) and on a couple of occasions I was not able to level up. Reached out to developers and they asked some questions and said it could be a bug. I provided screenshots where I completed the level and have asked for a reimbursement or some type of compensation for all the money I’ve spent and the coins/items used to level up and it’s been over two weeks since hearing back from them. I don’t get any ads to get any incentives. I refuse to spend anymore money on the game when I completed a level a couple of times using coins/items and the game didn’t level up. The developers see to be more than happy to hear my case and tell me it was due to a “possible bug” and take the money I’ve spent on the game. Yet, refuse to email me back concerning fixing the issue with compensation of some kind due to the “possible bug” that didn’t allow me to level up. NOT happy with the developers lack of communication!! Wouldn’t recommend spending a cent on this game. Wouldn’t recommend this game; developers don’t care and do not follow up on communications.

First let me say, I love the challenge of the game. The higher the level, the higher the difficulty it seems. Easy levels are thrown in to keep you from getting too frustrated. In app purchases are often encouraged because you can spend days on one level, and frustration kicks in to make it easier to just spend money to advance. The biggest thing I have a problem with is that the screen “freezes”, you can try to remove objects time and time again, but the “touch” doesn’t work at all. This has happened several times with harder levels when I still have time remaining and have almost beaten the level. Shame on them for doing this, and now, I will never give them a penny and delete the game permanently.

I saw this game from a different game’s ad and it looked cute and fun. The fact that it claimed “NO ADS!” really sold it for me. I’m now on level 284 and now I get an ad after every level.
Ads aren’t normally an issue for me if I play in airplane mode, but this game won’t load without internet. It loads the ads into itself at launch then plays the ad right after you find the last object but before the level actually completes so you can’t just close and reopen.
It’s a really addicting game and the graphics are cute. I’ve had no other issues with bugs or not enough items in a level. It’s possible I would have paid to get rid of ads, but I got here by being lied to.

Great game really -but ridiculous how hard it is to win some levels no matter how fast you go! I agree w a lot of the low reviews here. You lose a bunch of times/levels so you may know how to play even faster but you still can’t win. I’ve played for days on one level refusing to spend money so it’s very unfortunate as the game is so fun. There should be better ways to earn coins vs the $5 increments they give you. I spent way to much money then realized it was a waste so stopped. I deleted it. It’s addictive fun and a beautiful game. If only the developers weren’t so greedy it’d be 5 stars. They frustrate you so much you want to spend money in the end to win then your wallet loses. Not worth it. Delete!

I’m stuck on extra hard level 219 for over a month as it asks for too many items to find and not enough time to find them. Obviously, I used all my lightening flashes and times, so I just have to wait maybe a month or two of getting something daily. I’m an old lady and can’t be dumping $$$ just to play what is supposed to be a relaxing game. I’ve basically given up and just play the ‘special lands’ over and over, but now I’m starting to get bored.

Is there a way to go back to the beginning and play the ‘home’ game from number 1?

If not, I’m afraid I will be deleting this game app. Too bad too, as it was really fun until hard levels and extra hard level kept coming up back to back to back.

Layering issues (objects behind unmoveable scenery), taps not being acknowledged (puff of smoke), able to fail a level because the routine just doesn't know the level is complete (top bar was empty), able to fail a level because some levels have four of the same item (exact same color and everything but somehow the game said it wasn't a match), some levels not marked at all need to be marked as "Hard" or "Extremely Hard", and some levels need a lot more time on them.

One level was so difficult (but not marked) that I had to use both starting boosters and still finished at 6 seconds left, and only because I used a magnet for the last person completely hidden behind unmoveable scenery. You wouldn't even know he was there.

I’ve never seen a game penalize you for paying to remove ads. Once you do, you will LOSE the option to watch an ad to gain more time. Once you get to a certain level, it is impossible to complete any of them in the allotted time. Before I paid to remove ads, you could CHOOSE to watch an ad to get a time bonus. I thought the charge was just to remove the ads that were shown after completing every level and yes, those were very annoying. But now it is infuriating how impossible the levels are, the only way to advance is to use coins to buy more time. I’m not shelling out more money to buy coins or time bonuses.
Also, there are so many bugs. Cannot gather some items no matter how many times you hit it. Sometimes the pencil stops working, and you have to use your finger before it magically works again. There is a lag on the hard levels where it takes a second to move the tapped item. Ridiculous. Deleting.

Other games that I’ve played have a place where you can reach out and do a contact us if there’s an error. I downloaded this game a few days ago on a whim and I will say that it’s completely addictive and I am enjoying it except for the fact that it’s too hard to get coins you can’t progress unless you spend a lot of money. Having said that it’s my choice to play it but today at two different times the game blocked up on me and I couldn’t press anything and then when I had to go back into it, I had lost lives. I paid for three things and now I’m in the game and they didn’t pop up so there’s definitely defects in the game. I’m trying to find another game similar so I can delete this one. It’s disappointing that you can’t contact anyone from the game and that you can’t reach out to anyone if there is an error or defect.

This quickly became my favorite game until the ads starting crashing my game while watching ads for more points. Happens more than 70% of the time and is very frustrating since the points to get the bar emptied or more time is very hard to get at only 5 per game without watching ads. Plea fix this and I would be happy to give it 5 stars and perfect review.

Update Review: I am on level 3614 and have had an issue with the game freezing while playing and nothing I try will close TripleMatchCity ! Can’t even shut down my iPad without trying many times to shut it down. This last time took forever and I am afraid if I keep playing it will eventually lock me out of my iPad which I need to do my medical visits on. PLEASE HELP!!!

Well - I waited awhile to comment because I keep thinking I am overlooking something. This is a fun game - could be quite addictive - but there is no option to watch ads instead of constantly paying cash to buy game lives and tokens. I read other comments here and some people seem to have the option to watch ads in this game. I truly have no option for ads in the version I have. I am up around level 150 so the game is getting harder and I rarely move ahead on one or two tries anymore - which is normally a fun and challenging part of moving ahead in a game. I have made two purchases in the last month which is pretty decent for most games. So if some people do have ad watching options and I don’t then I am assuming if you make a purchase early on then you are put on a “no ad” track in the hopes you will presumably buy more and more. This seems heavy-handed and I won’t buy any more at all. Time to move on.

I TOTALLY AGREE with one of the reviews. I quickly got addicted, but have already spent more than I should have…..which I’m sure was the intent of the one who invented this game. But, between the size of the objects that have to be found, and the short time span, on the “hard” levels it’s impossible to get through the screen without using the bonuses. And what you get with each bonus package is not much for the cost! The characters are so small the you have to zoom in to find them, moves the screen around, and by then you’re out of time! And the cost of items to add time is ridiculous!
LOVE the game….but as with so many I have found, just TOO expensive. I want fun, NOT stress because I can’t get through a level without spending a LOT of money , especially for a “game”! Not playing just so someone else can get rich off of me!

Update: I have uninstalled TripleMatchCity . Unfortunately, it reaches a point where if you don’t put a bundle of money in, you’ll never win. They all tell you there is a way, but there is not, especially not in the time given.

It asks if you want ad free but I never clicked that and never saw an ad so the only possible way to get what you need is via paying…a lot. Screw that!

It’s addicting, very addicting. I only give it 4 stars because it doesn’t give the option of watching videos for power ups and lives. And I bought a pack, went through it in a heartbeat and won’t buy more this fast. Consequently, I have to wait 1/2 hour for a new life and power ups are stingy. I will say the same here as I have on other games, don’t get greedy! People start uninstalling! Other than that, it definitely keeps the mind going and the satisfaction from clearing a board in time is cool! 😎

I’m really enjoying this game and I only put a three stars because I am frustrated with a current bug I just found.

I am on level 604 which I found to be a very easy level. After I completed it, it goes to an ad which gets stuck. One time I tried to just sit and wait and nothing happened. I had to close the game out. Another time I tried to play the game that is on that ad and I did until it got to the point where it wouldn’t let me play and it would take me to the screen to purchase the game. It would never take me back to the game no matter what I did.

Hopefully someone will see this and get this fixed soon.

I really like this game, but I’m finding it that they can be sneaky about making money from you. There are levels that only give you a short amount of time and a lot of characters that you need to find. One level in particular gives you about 1 min & 56 seconds and you’ve got to find over 66 characters with a screen full of buildings, windmills, characters, and more. It’s impossible to pass this level without having to buy time or use the lightning bolt to eliminate items. They know it’s not enough time so they know you’ll buy a credit package. I find their credit packages cost too much.

I love this game. The little towns, cities, countries and little characters are adorable! I love trying to find all of them. Well done! The game does go from easy to very hard very quickly. The lowest price is $5 for 500 coins and 6 one use only boosters. It takes 100 coins to get 1 minute extra time. You’ll need them to get to the next level. The $ adds up fast. So I’ve started to play the same game over and over again until I’ve memorized where items and characters are and can find them within the short amount of time allowed. It may take me 20 times or more but I don’t care. Favorite town and time is Bedrock and the little gals with bones in their hair!

Ok so I’ve been playing the game for a while now and it’s one of my favorites. I’m not very easy to please when it comes to games. But this one I have nearly no complaints.

First off I have played to almost lev 50. It unlocks other bonus levels the higher you go so I’ve been playing those too! I have yet to see a single ad. (No complaints just wondering if they only come later)

Anyway… ONE HUGE SUGGESTION!!! What is it with games that have timers? Games are to relax and have fun. I would greatly give this game 6 stars if I could play with NO TIMER!

I do have to say it has a pause button so you can pause at any time.

Also I don’t really understand the score system. To earn stars. Sometimes I get 1 or 2 stars sometimes I get 3. It I knew how to improve my score that would be nice also if I could see how many stars I’ve earned on levels and have a chance to redo levels to get 3 stars that would be good too.

Anyway.. actually would recommend this game. 4.9 stars.

I really loved this game but, something has drastically changed. The graphics are different and the puzzles are much more basic. You have added tons more lightning bolts and extra time icons and it it just looks cheap. This has happened in the last day or two and it is a shame. I had found an enjoyable, nicely varied and sometimes extremely challenging game but, now it looks like you are “phoning it in”. Please, go back to the way it was! Take pride in your work and make it fun and challenging again.

This is a fun game, and thought-provoking but two things I have trouble with is that you can tap on some thing 100 times and it won’t disappear once you find it. Secondly, the smaller items are excessively hard to find, especially if they’re partially hidden behind something. I’d like to see the humans to be larger. my device is not a problem because I’m using two different ones and it’s the same.

I’ve fiscally supported TripleMatchCity, no more until it’s fixed. What a hot mess! It’s a shame because it’s really good. There are too many bugs.

I have been playing this game for quite sometime and really enjoy it. BUT it has gotten too costly. At first I paid and added helps but can’t do it any longer. And no matter how many times I have played the level I am on now, there is no moving on without paying for tools and I just can’t keep doing that so the only thing I can see is to delete the game. It’s really a shame to make something so difficult to play. Otherwise I really enjoy the game.

I love this game. There is something so satisfying about finding all of the objects before time runs out.
However, I have a question about the Daily Gift. Every time I click on the link, it shows all seven days checked off and never changes. It counts down each 24 hour period, but nothing ever happens. I don’t receive the gifts, and I don’t have another chance to earn them because the entire week is already checked off.
