Love this game but have spent over $80 to play. Completed levels (using coins for extra time) and on a couple of occasions I was not able to level up. Reached out to developers and they asked some questions and said it could be a bug. I provided screenshots where I completed the level and have asked for a reimbursement or some type of compensation for all the money I’ve spent and the coins/items used to level up and it’s been over two weeks since hearing back from them. I don’t get any ads to get any incentives. I refuse to spend anymore money on the game when I completed a level a couple of times using coins/items and the game didn’t level up. The developers see to be more than happy to hear my case and tell me it was due to a “possible bug” and take the money I’ve spent on the game. Yet, refuse to email me back concerning fixing the issue with compensation of some kind due to the “possible bug” that didn’t allow me to level up. NOT happy with the developers lack of communication!! Wouldn’t recommend spending a cent on this game. Wouldn’t recommend this game; developers don’t care and do not follow up on communications.

I’ve never seen a game penalize you for paying to remove ads. Once you do, you will LOSE the option to watch an ad to gain more time. Once you get to a certain level, it is impossible to complete any of them in the allotted time. Before I paid to remove ads, you could CHOOSE to watch an ad to get a time bonus. I thought the charge was just to remove the ads that were shown after completing every level and yes, those were very annoying. But now it is infuriating how impossible the levels are, the only way to advance is to use coins to buy more time. I’m not shelling out more money to buy coins or time bonuses.
Also, there are so many bugs. Cannot gather some items no matter how many times you hit it. Sometimes the pencil stops working, and you have to use your finger before it magically works again. There is a lag on the hard levels where it takes a second to move the tapped item. Ridiculous. Deleting.

Other games that I’ve played have a place where you can reach out and do a contact us if there’s an error. I downloaded this game a few days ago on a whim and I will say that it’s completely addictive and I am enjoying it except for the fact that it’s too hard to get coins you can’t progress unless you spend a lot of money. Having said that it’s my choice to play it but today at two different times the game blocked up on me and I couldn’t press anything and then when I had to go back into it, I had lost lives. I paid for three things and now I’m in the game and they didn’t pop up so there’s definitely defects in the game. I’m trying to find another game similar so I can delete this one. It’s disappointing that you can’t contact anyone from the game and that you can’t reach out to anyone if there is an error or defect.
