I’ve had the first two games since they came out and was excited to hear that a third one was going to be made. The first two games are absolutely beautiful with an intricate storyline. What an absolute shame and disgrace that the only way to play the third game is through a Netflix account. I would have rather paid for the game itself than sign up for a Netflix subscription. What a sell out.

Ive been a huge fan of monument valley for years mow and was very excited to see a third one coming to the series. Unfortunately it was very underwhelming. Theres about 1 hour of gameplay if you get stuck but otherwise the puzzles are very easy to solve. Im also very confused about the story line. Like yea im the new light keeper but theres alot of story that doesnt get explained. Im also very sad i have to wait almost a year to finish the last 4 levels as they come out. Other than that i think it was a good game. The graphics stayed true to franchise and clean and cute, musically it was very whimsical so i enjoyed that.
Im hopeful that with future updates there is something more exciting

I genuinely really enjoy this, most especially the music and artistic freedom of the levels. For that alone I’d say play it. I have not nearly gotten far enough into it, but my only gripe would be the brevity of the levels (as of level 4), and the decrease in puzzle complexity. This is subject to change though and I’m very happy for this installment.

The game is as full of beautifully mind-melting puzzles as ever, and I absolutely adore the new character designs. I just wish that so many of the graphical transitions didn’t feel so janky. Little things like not having an animation for putting the staff away just feel so odd in a game otherwise so well crafted.

I was notified that MonumentValley3NETFLIX just became available. I’m working on Monument Valley 2 currently, but I just had to see this version. I know I’m going to enjoy it as much as the first 2. First thing I noticed, though, is MonumentValley3NETFLIX does not rotate 180 degrees on my iPad like it does with the first two. I prefer playing while charging the iPad, but because of the bottom location of the charging port, it makes it difficult to play with the tablet sitting at an upright portrait angle. Hopefully, this can be changed so that rotation works.

I love the monument games they are soo fun and entertaining. Very good thinking game too. All of the illusions makes it more unique than any other games ive played before!

It is very good and beautiful. The music is also great. 1000% would recommend. The Monument Valley games are my favorite and this one is just as good as the previous installments.

My son loves these puzzles, and has been impatiently waiting for this new release. We bought the first two, and joined Netflix just for this.

this game series has been so fun and puzzling, it makes me happy, the music is amazing, the gimmicks are perfect, the characters are adorable, and it’s beautiful; the visuals in this game are amazing. I just wish they were longer, which this game achieved!!!

I am a long time fan of the monument valley series. I started playing this game at 5, and still am playing this game now. I love the new story building, the little npcs, and the new designs and stuff. I love how new and fresh the graphics are. I have little to no criticism. The only thing I’d tweak is the speed of which Noor walks at, as it is noticeably slower than the past two games. Also, I know that monument valley is huge on illusions, and the shadows of the building take away from that. Other than that, love the new game!

Edit: the person in the red clothing, who I assume is the Light Tower owner, their animations are VERY buggy. The animation for them walking is the same animation for them walking up stairs. This makes it look VERY cheap. Otherwise, still an amazing game!

Its sad you need netflix to access it, but at least the game is good! As an OG fan whos been here since MV1, it feels like this game is more connected to MV2 then MV1, and I can kinda understand why. The puzzles in this game get even crazier than 1 and 2, especially Chapter 3 and Chapter 6! Also, the totem is back and is now a sailboat?! The sailboat segments have to be my favorite parts of the game. Also, with the village you can explore at the end, and the way the player is interacting with more characters makes this feel even more interactive and opens for exploration more than the first 2 games!!

Super hyped for Chapter 11 in April!

Ever since I was a kid I’ve been playing monument valley and it’s become one of my favorite games. Seeing a third one come out made me so excited! I just started playing it and it is amazing so far!

The game incorporates various cultural elements, from art design to background music. The production quality is excellent, and the game's unique reverse logic makes it highly addictive. Playing the game is a relaxing experience. I noticed that the list of team members at the end included even the interns, reflecting the strong cohesion of the entire team.

Monument Valley III, as well as I and II, have been so beneficial for my mental health. I deleted social media and focus any lazy down time into puzzles and/or brain teasers instead. This one has been my favorite. By far the best “game” I’ve ever played. More like a beautifully thought out story that invokes joy when you solve the next chapter. It’s deeply peaceful, until you keep stuck 🤣 I look forward to any and all versions to come!

This is definitely a five star game. I’ve only been through some of it but I am really impressed just as I am with 1 & 2. I have one issue. My Apple Pencil doesn’t work in MonumentValley3NETFLIX. I know it’s not my pencil because it works right now and all other applications on my iPad. Please developers let me know what I can do on my end (I prefer the Apple Pencil to finger swiping). Keep. Working on monument valley 4, because I’ll be waiting. Great job to the entire team. These games are my absolute favorite.

I’ve been wanting to return to Monument Valley for new adventures for some time. This is a beautiful geometric Escher-like world that shouldn’t exist but you’ve created it. Its exotic scenery and serene landscape are a pleasure to escape in.

Thanks for creating another level of worlds to explore and be amazed by. I’m glad to see a familiar yellow friend.

I know the crows were part of the metamorphosis in the first volume. I liked them to an extent for what they brought to the gameplay. But having so far not seen them am not sad that they are not around. They are noisome birds and interrupt music with their loud caws.

I have not paid for many games over the years, but I’ve paid for Monument 1 and 2. That this was free through Netflix had me waiting for several months in anticipation. These games are among the very best in style, graphics and gameplay. MV3 looks fantastic and I’m only on level 5, which is so darn creative. This developer knows how to make a really entertaining game. The music is spot on, the levels are just long enough to work your brain and you really feel a sense of accomplishment when you solve a puzzle. Stellar game and major kudos to the developer!
