The idea is so normal, everybody’s sent a text for money so there’s nothing inherently bad, but the guy running it (Jason?) is a pretty scummy dude, saying things like “send a reminder to get your grandparents social security checks” etc etc. Didn’t resonate well, but maybe it’s because we’re all poor and he’s acting like everyone we know is rich. Raised a lot of money, and again the process is really normal, but this dude just leaves a horrible feeling in his wake.

Bro yapped for like a hour then requested he have are phones so he could look at the send button and made me feel super uncomfortable And he yelled at a student “send that text don’t talk to me” and then he told that same person to shush and a girl was drawing for money and he stuck his hand in there and moved the money I think this is a scam and he told a girl to shut up

App experience is horrible, and these guys won’t stop talking. They talk to all of us like everyone we know is rich. Very touchy and uncomfortable.
