I was looking for a work out program that I could do with my husband, sustain and see real results and I found all of that and more in the this app app. The library of workout programs and on-demand workouts is so "intentional", continuously growing, and meets you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Whether we're at home, in the gym, or traveling, the routines fit nicely into our busy schedule. Beyond the fitness regimen, I've learned so much about my nutritional health and focused on it through some of the monthly challenges, discussions and recipes in the this app community. In my one year on this app, I've lost 30 pounds and had to replace essentially my entire wardrobe, done more push-ups, sit-ups and a faster mile time than I've had in the last decade (maybe ever), I can actually do a whole bunch of pull-ups (couldn't do any before), and most importantly gained so much more confidence and comfort in my physical and mental health. Biggest takeaway has been that some body movement even if it isn't a full blown trip to the gym always feels better than nothing. There are still parts of the community and app I haven't even tapped into yet and I'm excited to keep growing and giving them a try.
