Best fitness app period

I don’t care who you are this app is the best workout/fitness app I have ever used and I’ve tried many! The workouts are crystal clear, adaptable, and get results. I have never felt healthier in my life or this consistent with my healthy habits. That’s mostly because you have an entire team and community of people in addition to the workouts. You have coaches encouraging you to send progress and form check videos every week giving you real live feedback. You have so many accountability tools on the community page to keep you going even when you falter. Then on top of that there are even events from the community all around the world even with Sam and his team of your in New York! I’ve made online and in person friends through this community and I feel more confident in myself more than I ever have. Recipes and nutrition tips are all on the community as well. Pridefit literally gives you access to everything you could want for a health and fitness app. You don’t even need a gym membership all you need is a pair of dumbbells and you’re good to go. Your monthly gym membership money is much better spent on Pridefit for sure but if u can afford to do both Pridefit seamlessly incorporates gym workouts as well. I cannot express enough how Pridefit has been everything I’ve been looking for and more.

A fitness app you’ll actually use

Pridefit genuinely made me want to work out...which definitely isn't always the case. All of the workouts/instructions are super easy to follow, and Pridefit itself is really engaging and functional (I love that you can filter everything by intensity, muscle group, etc., which basically gave me the option to build my own routines if for some reason I didn't want to follow any of the ones already available). Also, having Sam do the workouts on screen with me was a nice motivator, sort of like an online personal trainer who prevented me from quitting halfway through. Loved it

Sustainable fitness for all

I've always been hesitant to try one of these fitness programs - particularly because I thought that in order to become better and stronger I'd need a personalized program. Boy, was I wrong. Sam and the team have built an incredible app that really focuses on sustainable fitness and moving the needle forward on an individual basis. The community aspect makes it fun and also adds a layer of accountability. Sam is also incredibly accessible and quick to answer any questions you may have. Could not speak highly enough about this app

Best Personal Training

I have tried so many personal trainers, workout apps, AI coaches, and nothing compares to the experience I’ve had with this app! All the coaches are phenomenal. Sam and the team stress the importance of balance, consistency, and moderation. Mentally unable to go to the gym, try a 5 minute ab burner workout at home. Don’t have access to a gym, we’ve got home workout programs. Need to stretch and relax, we’ve got you covered with Yoga! this app is a community I quickly fell in love with and will continue to get my personalized training from. I am so glad I decided to try them out!

Well rounded app, from fitness to nutrition and mental health.

The Pride fit app is a great place to start whether you are new to working out and are looking to change your lifestyle or even if you’ve been training for years but need more consistency, structure and guidance. My favorite thing about Pridefit is that not only it offers features to help track and support on areas that people typically forget are essential to fitness & wellbeing, like sleep and hydration, but it also provides a wide variety of guided workouts and routines to make your goals easier and achievable!

The best for sustainable fitness!

I love everything about the this app app! There are guided workouts that help me with form and keep me on track so I don’t have to think about doing it myself. It has many ways to keep track of your progress, which can be very motivating as you see yourself improve. It is very helpful to have extra lessons about things like sleep and nutrition, with recipes included. I also love having access to a community where there are like-minded people with the same goals as me. this app is all about fitness that is attainable and sustainable.

Everything I’ve been looking for!

The this app app is the approachable, gorgeous, and fulfilling workout app I’ve been looking for and have had so much trouble coming across. It is easy to use - I’ve learned a lot of different techniques and exercises in a very comfortable way. I’ve loved my experience with Pridefit and feel relieved to have found plenty new methods to work out - it’s like having my own personal trainer on my phone! Sam makes the experience incredibly stress free, fun, and educational and it’s awesome to be a part of the community network on Pridefit . Couldn’t recommend it more!

Great App, Wonderful Community, Fun!

I have had weight issues my whole life and I joined this app because it showed up in my Instagram feed and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it makes working out engaging and on your time! I also love the community, message boards, and just feeling like 1) I’m not alone and 2) It’s okay to do things at your own pace. This isn’t just a workout app, it’s a way to tailor your workouts to where you are and allows you to talk to others in the Queer community because a lot of other apps are muscle head/frat bros and this just feels different and engaging.

Pridefit makes me Proud to be Fit

After several years in a CrossFit gym, where workouts and lifting were planned for me, I made the decision to go back to a regular gym. I did my own thing for a week or two but quickly realized I was lost. I knew I had to set clear, concise goals and find programming that matched them, and that’s when I found Sam and this app. Pridefit is well structured with such a wide variety of workouts and programming, from a choose your own adventure each day to a set regiment you follow for several weeks. Plus, Sam is there to guide me every step of the way with his video walkthroughs. I’m so grateful to this app!

A Fitness App that meets you where you’re at

Pridefit and the this app community is excellent resource for people who are both just getting started on their fitness journey or those who might already be regulars at the gym and are looking for a way to reboot their fitness plan. Sam Leicht does an EXCELLENT job of meeting you where you’re at, whether it be a beginner or advanced, home workout or gym workout, etc. Pridefit includes plenty of videos to help demonstrate good form, resources for straight forward and sensical nutritional advice, a means of tracking accountability, and a whole community of other users for support. I whole heartedly recommend this fitness plan to anyone who is looking for guidance on their health and wellness.

Intentional Workout Community with Sustainable Results

I was looking for a work out program that I could do with my husband, sustain and see real results and I found all of that and more in the this app app. The library of workout programs and on-demand workouts is so "intentional", continuously growing, and meets you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Whether we're at home, in the gym, or traveling, the routines fit nicely into our busy schedule. Beyond the fitness regimen, I've learned so much about my nutritional health and focused on it through some of the monthly challenges, discussions and recipes in the this app community. In my one year on this app, I've lost 30 pounds and had to replace essentially my entire wardrobe, done more push-ups, sit-ups and a faster mile time than I've had in the last decade (maybe ever), I can actually do a whole bunch of pull-ups (couldn't do any before), and most importantly gained so much more confidence and comfort in my physical and mental health. Biggest takeaway has been that some body movement even if it isn't a full blown trip to the gym always feels better than nothing. There are still parts of the community and app I haven't even tapped into yet and I'm excited to keep growing and giving them a try.

I feel so good about my abilities now!

Sam & this app are a GAME CHANGER! I used to go to the gym a few times a year. I hated it. And I never knew what to do. I once spent a ton of money every week for a personal trainer and really felt totally under water and never really learned any long lasting techniques. Sam not only gives you the workout and the flexibility based on your resources but gives you nutrition, community, and fitness and health tips along the way, all for one low price! Sam and his team are always available for you and never make you feel silly for your beginner questions. The shocker, the community aspect hold you accountable, expands your community and allows you to make working out FUN! Who is she? 💅🏃🏻🏋🏻

LOVE!

Joined this app right at the beginning because I was moving out of NYC to somewhere without a gym. Needed some steady workouts I could do from home. Now I'm hooked! They’re challenging and incorporate many different types of movement to make sure I am using muscles I did not know I even have. The “Home” program workouts are short 30-45mins (though there are longer ones) with cardio spread out during each week that is the perfect mix for my goals and work/life balance. Sometimes I am traveling and do not have access to equipment or as much time; shorter intensive workouts available on Pridefit have kept me honest. When I move back, I will be using the gym program in Pridefit and I can’t wait to see how much more progress I make with Sam!

Great Layout and Features, Easy to Follow Along

Pridefit does what I always want from fitness apps: an easy UI that lets me dive into a preset workout and know *exactly* how to do the movements. Sam has put a lot of effort into programming these workouts (within a program that is easily swappable depending on if you’re at home or in a gym), and I really appreciate the GIF-like videos of the movements that play while you’re on that part of the workout. The layout of the workout tracker + timer has really improved over time and I keep it open as I’m exercising. It also allows for entry of non-assigned exercises like going for a hike. Overall I’m quite happy with this, I’ve been with this app for about 2.5 years and it’s a big step up from the old TrueCoach branded app!

My workouts are finally focused and purposeful.

this app is helping me take better care of myself.

I used to be very active and was required, for my work as an actor and the types of roles I auditioned for, to be in great shape and to look good. A year and a half ago I became a parent and the schedule challenges and focus switch resulted in me prioritising everything BUT my physical health and well being.

I decided recently that I needed to focus a little more on self care again but wasn’t sure where to begin. Sam’s approach to fitness and health is inclusive, realistic and uniquely encouraging. I rejoined the gym recently and use the workouts on the this app app so I don’t have to motivate myself beyond selecting which workout I want to follow. I feel I have a personal trainer on my phone and it makes my workouts more purposeful and effective and enjoyable. Grateful for Pridefit and highly recommend.

Truly the BEST fitness app

this app has truly made a tremendous impact on my life! Before this app, I was struggling with my fitness journey. I wasn’t able to find a program or routine that felt right for me. It seemed like no matter what I tried or did, I wasn’t improving or gaining any progress along this journey. Last October I decided to sign up for this app, and I already knew within a few weeks that I made the right decision. this app has allowed me to grow and prosper in my fitness journey more than I could have ever imagined. With this app, I have gained a brand new confidence in the gym that I never had before. I now feel empowered to try new exercises and push myself without second guessing or doubting myself. this app has also changed my perspective of working out. Now, I am excited everyday to go to the gym and work out, knowing that I am improving myself every step of the way. There is no program like this app! It’s the best way to catapult yourself into the best version of you!

Great App, Great Program

I joined this app 9 months ago, and I can’t recommend it enough. The program has helped me to shift my focus from results to process, and with Sam’s guidance, I’ve been able to build exercise and nutrition habits that are consistent and sustainable. In the past, I’ve been guilty of adopting an all-or-nothing approach to my health and fitness, which led to periods of intense workouts followed by periods of little to no physical activity when motivation waned or life got in the way. With this app, I finally feel like I’ve found a practice that I can maintain for the rest of my life. The workouts themselves are well-rounded and challenging, and the community spaces in Pridefit provide motivation and support. I love that there’s a concrete program for the days I need to take decisions out of the equation and a la carte, on-demand videos for times when I’m traveling and don’t have access to equipment. Joining this app was the best thing I did for myself this year. I hope you’ll check it out.

Life changing

I love Pride Fit. I’ve been using Pridefit for almost nine months (new years download) and it truly is the best program I’ve ever used. I was a Future Fit subscriber on and off between 2019 and 2024, and it was a great workout app, but this app is definitely a Lifestyle app. The workouts are excellent, but you can choose between on demand workouts to get a quick workout in, or focus on a muscle group, but I personally love the eight week “Build” programs (in addition to gym and home). There are recipes, community forums, and you can submit video of yourself for feedback. There are also monthly challenges that cover all the pillars that contribute to metabolic health. Gratitude, nutrition, push-ups… And even though Sam is great to look at 😜 I haven’t felt self conscious once during this program - it’s impossible with all the positive reinforcement coming from Sam and other members. I truly love being a member of the this app community and highly recommend giving this program a try!

So glad I gave it a chance!

I’ve been making efforts to try and live a healthier lifestyle, and while I felt like I was making some headway, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was stalled somehow. I had little interest in working out, and trying to eat healthy was quite challenging for me.

Along came this app, and I was hesitant to even begin because I thought it’d just be something I stick to for a week or two, then abandon because of something I don’t like. Was I right? NOPE.

Been here two months, and I’m flabbergasted with how fresh a breath of air Pridefit is. I’m enjoying my workouts a lot more, I’m learning how to have a better relationship with food, and I have a strong conviction that I’ll be able to achieve my health goals long term. The way they promote a SUSTAINABLE lifestyle, versus a super strict one, is amazing for me, and I’m glad I’m here. A very cool community to be a part of, and they have lots of content I’ve found useful in getting me to a better state of being! Can’t wait to see how this continues to evolve, and I hope more folks that join have a positive experience like me so far!

Great App to get you in Shape

I really like your app overall. The graphics are amazing. The fact that it shows rest time is really good. It syncs with the health app, which is great. I love that they added a Journal feature and the possibility of connecting to the community. The On-demand workout options are incredible for those moments when you need to do a quick workout. THE RECIPES, OMG, I really like that. That’s a great thing to have on a workout app, and not many give you that option. They are really putting in the work, and I know it’s not easy. RECOMMEND 100%
