How to fix MyStyle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyStyle app on iPhone
Update MyStyle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyStyle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyStyle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyStyle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyStyle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyStyle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyStyle App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyStyle » click [Force Stop]

Update MyStyle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyStyle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyStyle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyStyle.

Fix MyStyle unable to contact server/ MyStyle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyStyle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyStyle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyStyle
