LasPalapasRestaurants will not allow me to login. I received an error code. Works great online.

LasPalapasRestaurants has VERY limited functions and Daily Specials/Rollbacks are NEVER listed. One must order from the webpage or phone in the order for these. Totally worthless app

Why release LasPalapasRestaurants if we can’t log in and continue to get error messages.

I used the barcode yesterday when I purchased food and I didn't not receive my points.!

You can’t even log into LasPalapasRestaurants and yet they say that’s the only way to get the rewards that used to be on the cards they gave out. Absolute dumpster fire.

Error messages when trying to Log in on LasPalapasRestaurants . When I log on the website, I have no problem.

the “add to cart” button is greyed out so i can’t even place a mobile order, went to “tech support” and that button doesn’t work either. also i only used my account once and the second time i went the cashier told me my account was blocked and i need to contact corporate. it was only my second time trying to use it what on earth

Can’t order in LasPalapasRestaurants . Also, point system is glitchy. My profile says 118 points but when I go to store and use the barcode it says I have 0 points.

Took 45 minutes for my order to be made, I can’t pick it up drive thru, I can’t do curbside, I have to wait inside the restaurant. It would’ve been much faster to just order drive thru.

Forced to join rewards in order to get rollback special but LasPalapasRestaurants displays an error that my password or email are incorrect. I’m literally logging out and in on the site and it works just fine. LasPalapasRestaurants doesn’t work.

I was able to use it the very first time and then not again. They can’t pull up with my phone number. Even when they scan the barcode the points never change. I hope they fix all these problems.

No way to order the rollback special from LasPalapasRestaurants .

Used LasPalapasRestaurants for the first time on Jul 27, snd it worked very well. The ordering was easy and intuitive, the descriptions of items is clear, and the food was ready as promised. Breakfast tacos of all varieties were delicious!

After downloading the new app, you must click “sign up with email” instead of “log in with email” even if you already have an online account. When you do this on LasPalapasRestaurants for the first time, your app will link to your established online account and your points will show up. I saw the negative review and thought I’d share I had the same problem, so I just signed up with matching account info and it worked.
