I was able to use it the very first time and then not again. They can’t pull up with my phone number. Even when they scan the barcode the points never change. I hope they fix all these problems.

Forced to join rewards in order to get rollback special but the app displays an error that my password or email are incorrect. I’m literally logging out and in on the site and it works just fine. The app doesn’t work.

Took 45 minutes for my order to be made, I can’t pick it up drive thru, I can’t do curbside, I have to wait inside the restaurant. It would’ve been much faster to just order drive thru.
