Why is the app saying I have to update. We love this app.
I need to cancel my trial subscription and have my money refunded. I was charged 49.99 during the trial period. This is not appropriate.

I recently downloaded this app because it was recommended to me. I liked that I didn’t have to pay and I didn’t mind the adds, but I can only watch games up to 15-20 seconds until the screen goes black and doesn’t play anything after that. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still doesn’t work. I have even tried restarting my phone and nothing.
If you could please fix this it would be great!
