They had a good GPS app “ELO” and made it junk. I bought 2 new cars both had CarRx installed. Cost $2000 for it. After 7 months they change CarRx ,take away the features, take away the notifications, etc. i had the old app Programed to let me know if car 1 want over 60mph. Now it only allows one speed alert no mater how many vehicles are on CarRx . My wife drives 80 miles a day on the interstate. Not that CarRx sends notifications anymore anyway. Now when I log into CarRx to check one vehicle that should never leave a 10 mile circle I have to click through 100 speed alerts for a vehicle I don’t want it on. $2,000 down the drain. I want a refund. Would someone here please fix CarRx , give me a refund, or just install a working system from another manufacturer.
Had for less than 2 months. It constantly loses my vehicle and unable to track. They take days to get it back and I may as well have saved my money. Worthless as a product.
Very slow sometimes does not connect or delays 24hrs from the last place the vehicle was at. You cant even track the car real time very very slow
Just bought a car today that they made me buy this for $500 & it doesn’t even work! What a scam!

I can’t open CarRx
It stopped updating my car odometer and won’t show the current location of my car. It shows a location from 3 months ago.
It’s not currently showing my location for my car. Only showing the location from almost 4 hrs ago
CarRx works great for me. It’s accurate. this app came with my car when I bought it from the dealership. I like knowing where my car is at all times. I appreciate the trip information. This has been a great app for me in the month that I’ve had my car.
One thing to note, everytime I’ve opened CarRx , the bottom gives me a small pop up. It says “failed to fetch data. Please try again later”. Would appreciate if this got fixed. I don’t know what it could be failing to catch?
I’ve had this app on my car for a few months and it’s worked great. I always know where my car is and when it needs service. Great app!
I was forced to purchase CarRX by part of the purchase of my new car. Now I own it along with my new car. I find that for servicing information I am tied to the dealer I purchased the car from hours away from where I live and the dealership I will be using to service my vehicle. Even though I paid for and own this connection tracking device I cannot edit what dealership I wish to work with for service information .Has it occurred to anyone that over the lifetime of a new car people might move to other places? I have also discovered that at times my car location data is quite inaccurate.
