Wanted to buy a certain amount of tickets for the lottery. The way TheLotterUS is setup I could only buy one bundle of tickets at a time instead of a bulk amount. After buying them and looking at the details it charges you a service fee.
For example one bundle was $15, but $6 of it is going to a “service fee”. So if I bought 10 bundles I would be spending $60 on service fees out of $150 dollars.
Rip. Off. Says there is no commission. Yet they are getting their “commission” before the numbers are rolled.
Just go buy tickets yourself.

Apple should remove/ban TheLotterUS from its store. I find TheLotterUS to be borderline fraudulent. They give the impression of you being able to play the lottery by providing you numbers but will not provide proof of ticket purchases.

I sent emails prior to them the day of drawing and received no response and never received a copy of my tickets per app notification and “website”.

Please do not use TheLotterUS. Please do not use TheLotterUS. Please DO NOT USE THIS for lottery.

Wish I had read all the reviews before I started buying tickets. Somehow another email was set up with my info and now they are telling me it is turned over to security and they will not cancel my account. Please beware and don’t use TheLotterUS. Now I have to contact my bank. What a bunch of crap. If I didn’t have to give a star I would not.

For a week, I was able to see my account and the drawings I participated in, and the numbers I played.

As soon as I subscribed to auto magically play, my account page went blank and I have been unable to see anything in my account.

I’m paying for tickets. I’m even winning very small amounts- but unable to see or access any of it.

To date, the help/support has not been helpful.

Not sure if it’s a crappy app or a scam- but, be warned.

do not use TheLotterUS!
they have no problem taking your money via checking account but want International Documents to get your money back.
i’m talking 50 bucks, held up for over a month!
APPLE: ban TheLotterUS and everything they touch.

I got four out of five numbers correct and the Texas lotto commissions knows nothing about it and they said the number associated with the ticket is not scannable or capable extracting any funds from them DON NOT USE!!

Don’t wast your time with the costumers service! Very frustrating experience and a big waste of time!

Warning- TheLotterUS asks you for you personal banking information and driver’s license number in order to play, there’s no way I would add my banking information just to play the lottery, I’ll continue going to play it at the gas station and avoid being hacked or worse. 0 Stars

I don’t know where my money went. Account page is blank. Sent urgent message to support with my problem. They have not addressed it yet! Over 2 hours. Tried again. Don’t risk losing your money. Don’t use TheLotterUS!

It is nice to play the big games from home , but I would like to play cash 3 or 4 daily games as well.

Account Trouble in app?
I contacted support thru chat they replied quick with a fix. Delete app then reinstall and log back in. Viola account and money all there. Don’t panic!! Just reinstall and keep
Playing. I do have to do it often because TheLotterUS is glitchy but it does always work and my info and $ is there.

I have used TheLotterUS a long time, if you win it does indeed credit your account the money. It does charge a fee- of course you don’t have to go to the gas station for a ticket. This is a a convenience.

Finally I can buy my lottery tickets online!!
