Polybuzz blocked me for no reason, please fix this

I'm only 16 andnow it is saying I can not go on the app after I did the age verification thing and I think that really needs to be fixed.

I did the age verification and now it is saying I can not go the app anymore wich is bullshit becuase I meet the standers and it took like, 15 different times just to get me verified

It keeps saying Access restricted and won't let me do anything on the app

I loves this app, but now that you are monitoring The fucking chats, you should stop that, and have the option to turn on NSFW content or shit like that.

for some reason, I am unable to delete my subscription! it took over $24 out of my account that i was saving for a special event, now I don't have enough to do it. I have tried for hours to cancel my premium subscription, but i can't on google playstore because it doesn't come up in subscriptions or history, and in the app it has no cancel subscription option. I am beyond frustrated and am considering deleting the app and my account. Fix this now please.

PolyBuzz has been broken for about two weeks now. The search bar, profile pages and comments are all broken. When you try to search for a bot, it's a blank page. If you try to go to your profile, it's a blank page. Try to go to someone else's profile, it's a blank page. Same thing with comments. This is on the website, not the app. Please fix this.
