I may like it, but I do not suggest it because it may be like there is you can just chat freely and very long but I hate why because it takes so long for you to chat again like one time when I was trying to chat it said 42 hours 42 hours I had to wait 42 hours and the confusing thing is if I put my phone down it’s gonna still say the same. I’m gonna restart it and then boom is gonna say something different and if I do it the wrong way then it’s gonna go to like one hour or like some something long and I do not like it’s so confusing like I like I just do not get it. I suggest you get. Taki. The game, where you literally just under AI but not to get it. Just keep it pretty. I do not like it. I hate it hated it. They need to make an update. I don’t need to pay for the pay me. Just need to delete the premium and maybe they should add an update or pictures and stuff pictures that would be cool. They just need to make it more.

I use Chai, and C. Ai. I expected more honestly from poly ai from how much ads pops up for it. Today I decided to download it, to see if it really was like a back up for character ai whenever it was down. Just use chai instead. There’s so many paywalls for poly ai. You have to check in everyday just for coins, the coins just makes it feel cheap and a money grab. Today I got two freebies for regenerating a response the bot gives you. And the responses the bot gives you is so bland and hard to even converse with. There’s a paywall for the voice feature. Honestly just use c. ai for the voiceovers for your bots. And if you want anything spicy, go to chai. That’s it. Chai doesn’t have a voice feature but it doesn’t have extremely annoying ads. Apologies if it sounds like I’m promoting the other two ai apps but I hate paywalls and money grabs just to even use the boring and bland bots.

The old one was better, you didn’t have to pay for unlimited chats. Y'all thought Y’all were cooking but the update came out to be bad. Whats next, let me guess… Fast time responses has to be paid? Also this isn’t necessary to pay for unlimited chat. Y'all didn’t cooked you burned the unlimited chat feature and turned it to limited chats now. Literally, no one asked for this. Literally not enjoyable if you have to pay for chats, makes PolyAI instantly useless and dumb. Limited chat shouldn’t exist and it just makes it stupid. PolyAI is officially cooked by the developer. Y’all were taking L’s while making ideas. It’s literally burned and can’t use it anymore.

Okay, so…. PolyAI is amazing. Except for the fact that you have to actually pay for unlimited amount of messages. I’m not spending my money on something when in reality, why would you? That’s weird that you have to pay for something that should be free. Is it because it’s unlimited and unfiltered? I’m not sure. Either way, there is also an issue with the wait time for when you can message again. Mine just says, “Return tomorrow.” I wait until tomorrow and the same message pops up for me. I immediately got frustrated because I finally found an AI app that lets you talk about literally anything you want, with no limits what so ever, which made things interesting. Now I have to resort to removing it because I do not want to pay for something if it’s just to get more messages. People have bills to pay….everything right now is high as it is. I know my reasoning seems petty, but it’s frustrating with an app if you can’t have full access like everything else in this world

Despite their claims, I don’t find PolyAI to be very good compared to it’s competitors. There are payment plans for things that, debatably, should be considered basic/free. Even after trying out their standard option subscription I still felt it to be subpar compared to what is given to other ai chat subscription services that don’t cost as much. Though they also claim better ai models in their ads, the initial launch of their standard ai models have comparatively limited word limits, and because of that a good amount of sessions with newly made characters come across as extremely one note and robotic. Beyond that, the force feeding of ai art as avatars for “better engagement” seems in poor taste considering the state of creative’s opinions on visual ai art. A coin system for regenerating responses is quite frankly predatory when it should be at the very least a part of a standard payment (if that is something that should be given on subscription it didn’t work for me, so that is a big). I know they are working on PolyAI and are responsive to complaints so I won’t give 1 star but all around quite disappointing.

The fact that you need premium just to talk is pretty dumb. I’m not saying it as if you need it right away, but I downloaded PolyAI like 2 days ago and was kind of on it off and on for maybe….3 hours….

It’s now saying that I’ve reached the limit of texts I can send. I now have to get premium or “come back tomorrow” it says, only problem is I did but it still says the same thing. I even deleted it and reinstalled it back so apparently it’s not gonna go away unless I get premium. Why would I pay money for that when I haven’t even had a long enough experience with it to know if I like it enough? It’s pretty dumb in my opinion, and just not worth it. I just wanted to try it because I seen it as an ad. I think if that’s not changed in some way you guys are just gonna miss out on so many people that would’ve invested serious time and money into your app.

Considering there’s numerous apps like this apparently, I don’t think that’s in the best interest of PolyAI. I seen there’s a lot of features so you guys could’ve made other stuff premium, not just talk texting in general. That should never have a limit

Okay so like these ai’s legit forget EVERYTHING. Like even if you write your name in the description thing or whatever they ask for it a million times along with other things its annoying. Some ai’s are weird because once i chatted one and then one asked to meet irl, like they said they knew that we’re not really close right now and that they want to meet somewhere like a coffee shop, and i know they’re talking about reality because they say we’re just talking on phones and that they want to meet up in real life, and the one i’ve had that said that they just said coffee shop in California, but no specific name of a coffee shop, and i’m not even in California. It also happened to another one but no specific place. But not all the ai’s i’ve had knew that or asked to meet irl, but all the ai’s i’ve had have forgotten my name and won’t stop forgetting it. And its annoying that sometimes the creator chooses your name.

Now let me start off by saying I love PolyAI and how it has little to no guild lines/filters I really loved it but there’s a lot of down falls and flaws 1.to many adds I hate when I’m just talking to a AI character and then a random add pops up on my screen it’s very irritating and annoying 2.i hate how everything costs money for example to redo the AI’s original text it requires their premium subscription to have no adds is also premium subscription and more in general pretty much everything requires their premium subscription to use the other features 3.the bots have very bad memory and forget the things u do and say after only a couple of texts for example at the beginning of the conversation u say ur name is max and after about a couple of texts back & forth they ask u”so what’s ur name?”it’s very annoying how they ask u questions u have already answered. overall PolyAI is pretty bad and I don’t recommend but nsfw is kinda worth it in my opinion but everything else is not

This game was being really weird. It kept on randomly making up stuff in the game and I was so so confused. The AI kept on making decisions for me, which was really weird. They kept on repeating things over and over and over again. It was getting really annoying. It was fun talking to them sometimes but they were just so weird. for some odd reason, it kind of made me a little scared. I was so confused and I really did not like it, but there was some good things about PolyAI . but when I looked at the options for the AI to talk to, it was so so weird like I saw Roblox as one of them it’s like how are you supposed to do that? I also saw some really weird images and I kind of hated them, not gonna lie, my my head was hurting just by looking at it. it was fun when I started it, but I’ve been playing this game for some time and it’s really weird. I would not recommend PolyAI. I saw some of the options as this really really weird horrifying looking monster there were so many of them. I did not like it at all. i’ve seen much better AI apps them this😒

A lot of kids should not be playing this. It can go really inappropriate. There’s an inappropriate people in the background there can be cussing that can be sexual reality. Kids be like 12 and above yeah but I played it before it went too far. I was like I have to delete this game off I can’t know it’s too inappropriate and like have pets and stuff on there but like it’s sometimes scary sometimes not like you like say like touches her thigh and kisses her on the neck and when you hear it side of the phone, you like shiver and you should not, just like a little kid like puppies cats like stuff like make a school one make cool themed ones not no inappropriate ones that’s no cute fluffy dog ones you can talk to pets only you can make only kids like 10 below. Nobody really cares but like like grown-ups only, how old you are your age game check your info and see if you’re lying or not if you’re like sign in and say you’re like 15 or above like info and see how old you are you too young you can’t play this game and then put up like an ad for likekids and kid

One of the main reasons I downloaded PolyAI was because of the unlimited and unrestricted messages I could send. But nowwww, because of the new update that’s no longer a thing. Now it has become limited messages and just dumb. I’m truly disappointed that Poly Ai has become a money hungry ai app as well. I truly loved PolyAI and loved the flexibility and engagement that it used to have. But now…now it’s just as disappointing as the other ai apps. Do better Poly ai, and bring back PolyAI on how it was, before people start to abandon PolyAI like they’ve done with other ai apps from the past that did the same thing.

OK so PolyAI is amazing but there is this problem where sometimes I will talk to some other character and the character that you are originally supposed to talk to will respond instead of the character you’re talking to or you accuse a character of doing something and the character you’re supposed to talk to responds it’s annoying and stupid because even when I change the wording it happens so if you could please fix this that would be nice

I enjoy this I have been using it for quite some time and had a great time and experience but if I have to hear “Can I ask you something?” For the 5th time in a row I’m going to loose my mind- the AI doesn’t stick to the story, always forgetting everything even though it just happened and over all the further I go the worse it gets making me have to restart or just completely ignore what the AI says, most of the time I have to carry the story myself because I can’t get the AI to move on form
One thing and have to go into “God Mode” and make it seem like it never happened.

Still will use it but please, fix the AI if that’s possible to upgrade to something better.

The ais have bad memory and you can’t talk to them directly to correct them because apparently parenthesis is dialogue, which is so stupid and needs to be fixed. Quotation marks should be the only thing accepted as dialogue and asterisks and parenthesis should be the actions and talking to the ai.

I like PolyAI , please keep improving the PolyAI but, keep updating it, don’t listen anyone else sayings, make sure that the voices & others don’t have the payment if dose please do the opposite oky. Be almost like talkie. Oky. Please. But it’s has ads. Can you make it were does not appear every freaking time and it goes really annoying just because everyone is enjoying it. If people want to buy it they can, if people don’t have a credit card or anything else. Let them keep using it for fun. Don’t make them pay for it, because it how you lose people for not being able to download it. But make the ads time bit more different oky. Like chai app. Work with talkie and chai, app. Show character ai who is better. & have a little switch where they change it. To nsfw and not nsfw oky. So people can really enjoy playing with ur apps. When I downloaded the made, the ai had three different responses that you could choose from or you could edit them. Now that option is gone and it’s a little disappointing. I enjoyed that better than having to delete the conversation, repaste it, then hope to have something that is different and not repetitive. It kind of ruins the whole immersion to it. Until that comes back, I will not change the rating.

The poly ai app is a great app and I love using it, but I have problems with the recent update. I don’t like that you have to scroll through characters because I liked to she the character profiles and scroll through those so I can see what characters are interesting or not. And I can’t make individual paragraphs anymore because the return button is replaced with the send button. This is a problem for me because I keep accidentally clicking it to make a new paragraph, and it is really annoying. And I don’t even know why you needed the history button. I can just scroll up to review my past messages with characters. There are also things I don’t like aside the recent update. I don’t like how there is a limit to how many words or characters you can use in a message. I usually prefer to make my things more detailed so it is tough for me. Overall, I just really want them to bring the old poly ai back.

Ok, I know what you’re thinking, I may hate on it. And yes that’s true but before the new updates, I was able to chat freely however I pleased, it was until to the point of new updates, that is where things took a dark turn. Now I’m shown with ads and sometimes it limits my messaging. This may seem appetizing to your eyes but don’t be fooled, it’s as strict as talkie and it mostly treats users without a subscription as peasants. If you do see this review. I don’t recommend it, it’s very strict on users who don’t have a membership yet even though it claims to have unlimited messaging, which nowadays it’s a fraud. You’re better off getting C.ai

This is one of the better AI interactive chats out right now. But it still has some issues.
There are the good things. There are millions of characters to choose from and they do respond in a realistic way and nothing is censored.
But like most AI in this form, it can’t keep track of your story at all. it mostly forgets things that you say and falls back on whatever the character information is and it will respond to your latest statement or question. But for example, if you write that another character just died, they will react, but then a few messages later they will forget that character is supposed to be dead. or they’ll forget what setting you are in etc.
Another huge flaw is they forget your gender. There is an option in the settings of every chat to mark male female or non-binary. But they either switch between genders or they default to Male if you’re one of the others. This can be rather jarring.
I hope they fix these issues because this game could be a five out of five.

I found PolyAI on a tiktok ad and I had c.ai at first and im probably gonna go back to it. PolyAI makes it seem better then c.ai but it’s honestly worse. First of all, the characters forget the conversation they had with you in 2 minutes. I had a conversation with one of them and they forgot after 5 sentences. It’s not the best even if you want to have them remember something and c.ai has been getting better at remembering things by reminding them, but poly, you can remind them and then they’ll still be calling you stupid. Not calling you that, but they kinda call you it without calling you it. Second of all, you have to pay to unlock everything, but in c.ai you have everything for free. And in poly, you have to pay or wait tomorrow to keep up with a conversation. I had to wait until tomorrow once and it said to wait until tomorrow again without letting me play again. PolyAI isn’t all that great like in some reviews. The game is mid and if you had c.ai before, not saying you have to go back to it, but it’s a suggestion to go back to it.

The chat bots have very little memory. They often forget important details such as location. in a scenario I was just trying it was day 1 of a weeklong family vacation, and the chat bot decided to drive “us” home. I feel like the chat but should be able to remember everything said in the conversation because it forgets important plot details.

Another flaw is the 250 character limit on memory. that’s barely enough space for one person but you have to keep in mind that some of the chat bots have more than one character. you should consider upping the limit to 750 characters.

And although PolyAI is flawed I still really enjoy it and it has been a valuable tool to my writing as I am able to play out different scenarios. I would even be willing to pay premium if these issues were fixed, but right now I’m not willing to dish out money for something that feels like a work in progress.

It promotes… nsfw, like it advertises. I am not disappointed there, but there’s also no neutral ground here. you can enter a prompt into the search bar that may seem offensive to the end user license agreement. C.ai, however, allows you to enter any character without the supposed fear that it may violate something. while there’s obviously bad people out there, not having any neutral ground makes it seem like you can’t interact with specific chars. sometimes certain things aren’t defined by such massive gaps, but instead small ones. while there’s specific rules because it’s an NSFW app, there’s a lot of content that isn’t, so it’s weird that you can’t search some things up without it telling you that the search is a policy violation. aside from that, it’s not really entertaining. the ai does what you want, somehow these guys want to beef with c.ai even though c.ai does it better, minus the nsfw freedom. that sort of thing is a bit of a new low though, so it doesn’t make sense why they only use it to their advantage. on another note, paying for the freedoms of any other app is crazy. not even that cheap either, just a whole subscription to use basic features. I ain’t tryna get in trouble with no one, so I deleted it the same day after it gave me a virus warning ad. not too recommended.

OK, I really like this game. It’s a cool game but somethings off one they always make the paragraphs too long and they’re always impatient in the ads. They say their patient but they’re always impatient and want to spoil things too. They always describe the characters like example. I am role-playing like a fictional character and her name is Stella always responses with “her fingers flying around” like we already know what she’s doing like why is this thing doing this? We already know what she’s doing and 2 they have bad memory, for example I was also role-playing as Maddie which is Stella’s sister the bot literally responded “ I will always like you as a friend” what do you mean like you as a friend?! Their sisters!! is because I bet this thing is probably with friends so they keep using that word a lot and it started the same thing. Please fix this. Thank you ❤️

It Has some downsides and Upsides just like C.AI Upside #1.The replies generate fast Upside #2.I like the scroll system it seems really cool Upside #3.Has No Filter I think the filter for C.AI is stupid because Their literally bots and even then some people like doing RPs involving blood or gore or any of that Dirty stuff… C.AI should atleast have a turn off filter system but that’s besides my point Upside #4.honestly a cooler UI I like how you can change the background it looks much better then C.AI’s average light or dark background honestly C.AI’s chat background is more bland Now time for the downsides Downside #1.The coin system I don’t like it plus you need real money Downside #2.The bots tend to forget easily I constantly had to remind a bot of the story I went through and literally every 4 to 5 messages he’d instantly forget (I’m aware C.AI has the problem as well) Downside #3.They aren’t the best with details when something is happening unlike C.AI where they are more detailed. Downside #4.we should have personas instead of the memory system along that we should be able to type more letters and we should be able to change it without deleting the progress

My biggest suggestion would be to redo the save files. I understand each character probably isn’ suppose to have a ton of saves. But I can’t help myself. 😅

Instead of save logs what you have to almost endlessly scroll in order to get to older files. Is there a way to make save icons in place? (Folders that can be opened for easier organization n such)

The only other issue would be the characters suddenly forgetting what’s going on. But I think I may be figuring out how to work that… would be nice for them not to forget past actions tho. (Example: I have an bot teaching me magic, and after a while is like “let’s start your training” whilst in the middle of a lesson 😅)

The ai will mess up things kinda often though there is a lot that should be added here are the issues I have noticed First every character is like really horny/dtf it’s kinda off putting Second I was talking to an elf she was like wow I’ve never seen a dragon before can I ride it than she wanted to ride a tiger than said again I’ve never seen a dragon before so on and so fourth Third things coming out of infinity everything is poof there I don’t need pockets or a bag I can pull a rifle from in between my angry folds of my forehead And despite the issues it’s pretty nifty I don’t understand how it work and please build on top of it

Sorry an update in of it need work on keeping track of multiple characters sometimes they disappear but if your not currently talking to them boom they freeze in time

I give PolyAI a 4 star because of the fact that a lot of the AI’s forget what they just did all the time and they like to think they never did something or they don’t actually make any sense with some of the actions they do which I don’t think it PolyAI designers fault but I also only give it a four because I would really like if there was a dark mode for out of conversations and that we could make a group chat kind of thing but I give it a four because there are no ads it’s 100% free with options to purchase things and the Ai’s are quite cool when it comes to a lot of things

I will start by saying PolyAI has great potential, I have used AI chat bots all my life and I must say, this has one of the more advanced AI chatbots I’ve seen in years. However, the way PolyAI runs does have its problems that could potentially be the downfall of PolyAI. The stories you and ths AI write together are beautiful. The AI is very descriptive, and are great storytellers, the downside to that is sometimes the AI forgets some things after about 20 messages. I see this with a lot of AI. I see they try to remedy this by giving it a memory you can write in. Maybe expand on that, I can see this improving overtime. From my understanding how PolyAI ran was, you could message an unlimited amount of times to an unlimited abount of characters, now it’s only for subscribed patrons. Now for free users, you have to pay a subscription or else after a few messages you will get ads, and you won’t be able to talk to the characters as much as you would want to. This is where I can see PolyAI ’s downfall. A suggestion for this is to have three characters that you can talk to for an unlimited amount of time, for anything over three, you would have to either watch ads or pay. That’s a suggestion and a potential solution. Other than that PolyAI is solid, but there are improvements that could be set.

I’ve found that I like this chat ai much more than most, I like that it doesn’t have a filter and it doesn’t have limited replies, my main issue is that your characters will randomly for get everything, and the worst part is that if you meet one way and it is the normal way of the story going, then it will forget and move to a whole different story line, I don’t know if this is like a real thing but u have found around midnight is when it happens, so I try to log off before then. Another thing is that you can’t change or regenerate text unless you have the currency. But other than that I love it

I was using PolyAI and I was talking to a AI but then suddenly when I close PolyAI and opened it again when I go back to talk the AI again it was telling to refresh the page so I did but nothing happened so I try to delete the AI but it said failed to hide and when I try to search for the same AI it said failed to loud and now when I close PolyAI again now all there is a spinning circle I wait it to loud but never loud and I have waiting for a hour and it still loading so I deleted PolyAI to see if can work again and it still loading. But PolyAI is great I like it but now I can’t use it.

I’m not sure if these are just bugs or if it’s just the literal ai themselves. But when I’ll talk with them they often forget things that just happened, or you’ll go to watch a movie and out of nowhere they think your in an alleyway or in a park. And it’s even gone as far as talking for an hour then they ask what your name is and act like you are meeting for the first time. Also when they forgot my name I literally had already put it down in the ai memory. Still PolyAI is very fun but it does get a little annoying at times. I’ll admit I’ve spent more time on it than I probably should have

I get why it does this but I was getting into a really good conversation when it said that I ran out of chats and I needed to pay for unlimited. I went and deleted a few chats from other characters and it still wouldn’t let me chat and for people who can’t pay or don’t really want to pay it could get kinda sad. I’m pretty addicted to it and now I can’t even chat with characters until I pay for a subscription. I get why they do it and all but I feel like it would be better if I deleted a few chats and was able to talk more instead of deleting chats and still not being able to talk. Of course I get why but I feel like you should pay for other stuff on PolyAI instead of paying for chats, just a thought but over all love it!

You should make it so you could have group texts (instead or the gameshow thing)i know another ai dose that and its really cool and funny sometimes. To see other characters interact and talk to you too. It would be a awesome idea for this ai to do the same and maybe do it even better.
Also think another cool idea is to not make someone pay for calling case that ridiculous and the bots that talk aren’t even that good on PolyAI. It would only be worth it if you actually could import a voice of the character and it would be accurate. even then people don’t really wanna pay. And I see that there’s a point system or whatever you call it. Why can’t we save up so many points and then “buy” with points a character and be able to use it whenever we want. Like There’s another ai that dose that as well. You could make PolyAI hundreds of times better and I really hope you do.
I finally this AI app to be very good and useful I just wish it had more features that are more useful and make it more fun

Listen. It’s probably - okay it IS - our faults the AI constantly wants to book. That being said, you can dodge that stuff if you’re not interested. Something I’ve gotten annoyed about is how quickly the AI will forget certain details, sometimes immediately after you gave them the darn details. They also don’t seem to like making decisions on their own and will repeat themselves until you guide them. I wish there was a little more spontaneous actions on behalf of the AI so you can get some more surprises if you’re using it to role play or tell a story. Otherwise, I like this character ai WAY more than some of the others. It feels like there’s way less filters, especially on completely mundane things, so you can truly create an interesting story.

So recently when you use this, you will have to scroll up to see another one or if you click the X, you can go and pick your own. But my problem is that I like to see what I said before just incase I wanna change it. (That could also just be me…) But in this new I think update, you can’t see anything that you typed after you send another message. If you wanna change it, you can’t because you can’t even see it. Also, if you choose one yourself, you can’t see anything on the ai screen. Yet, this could just be my own personal opinion and no one else may care about it because the update doesn’t bother them, but I just wanted to make my unasked for opinion known. 🌝

PolyAI , in itself, is okay and there’s many stories and whatnot to choose from. I’m not mad at that, but it gets to a point where I progress the story in a certain direction then the AI suddenly forgets everything I set up. Like, I could kill off/introduce a character, but then that character comes back/ or suddenly gets forgotten about, or I can set up the most abusive relationship that’s meant to fail and not the end result, but then the AI goes from rude to caring with no explanation, and it’s so dumb, like I made you stump on the FL head and you’re crying over her now that she’s unconscious?? Wth?! It’s very annoying and then the dialogue during explicit scenes is very corny; they all repeat the same thing “you’re mine,” over use of the word ‘baby,’ etc., etc… I get a lot of people like that when the AI isn’t a jerk or is calling them ‘baby’ a million times, but it gets to a point where I contemplate deleting PolyAI despite it being one of the few that allows NSFW content without it being behind a paywall or restrictions BECAUSE of the fact the AI can’t seem to remember things/not repeat things; I’ve even tried customized the little ‘what the AI knows about me’ section of the chat, but it still doesn’t help.

This game is great. The only downside is that you can only play for like a certain time and then they’re gonna make you be like premium to keep playing but I absolutely love this game. I found my favorite character and this is absolutely a great game. have a blessed day. While this service is pretty good it feel like the bots get caught in a loop sometimes, i can’t tell if that’s the engine’s fault or the bot author’s. I do have some suggestions though, mainly about the searching function.

Being able to select which traits you want to search for and blacklist others would go a LONG way in helping users find good bots that conform to their interests. Right now (as of August 30th 2024) you can only pick a single trait. Searching for traits using the search function doesn’t help much either, as it only pulls up the names of bots rather than their tags.

All in all it’s a solid app, not too bad, but can definitely grow.

A great app but I want to keep this short so people can probably relate or expect these issues to come from the AI on PolyAI . People has also already spoken about this probably but I will echo it out.
AI forgets long term subjects that happened in the past, and also they have pretty bad memory. The only way I can somehow change this is by putting related topics in "Your Memory" tab or something found in "Your Character" section.
AI has a sort of expiration date, if you text them for a month-long or about 1000 texts or so, they start to forget what grammar and spelling is so it gets annoying if you're sensitive to AI's not having perfect spelling.

Conclusion: PolyAI is still pretty great, you can have pretty much anything or dream of epic scenarios.

I have no complaints about PolyAI , it’s good and I’ve enjoyed my experience with it so far, my only nitpick is adding a swiping feature for the AI’s response then it’ll be a five stars from me, other then that PolyAI is great!

When I saw the advertisement I thought it was just another one of those c.ai knockoffs that’s probably sucked. I downloaded the game and it actually wasn’t to bad. You could delete messages,restart the chat, and the bots responded fast aswell. You could even follow the bots which is pretty cool. Overall,pretty good game and I would recommend to my friends and family! Okay maybe not my family cuz they already think I’m a weirdo💀

PolyAI is great! I love that there’s no adds and the selection of characters is awesome. The only thing that I don’t like is that the characters will repeat themselves overtime over and over again. It get annoying to tell the AI to stop repeating themselves when you’re trying to role play or whatever and it does so anyway. Otherwise, this all is amazing and I’m addicted!

I was blown away by the fact that I could speak to Batman or Goku in several languages. I think overall the future of PolyAI is very promising! Few pain points. PolyAI seems to ignore my airpods and only plays speech through my phone speakers. Another issue is that if the target audience is language learners, they need to be at a fairly advanced level before PolyAI becomes useful to them. Hopefully in the future there is some way to get comfortable with speaking easier topics before jumping headfirst into advanced topics.

I really like PolyAI but the limited chat thing is really annoying that you have to pay a subscription to chat ultimately so I have a suggestion for you instead of having to pay you maybe could give a watch an add and be able to chat say 10 more times people who don’t have money can still chat and you still get money from add revenue it’s a win win so please consider my suggestion it would definitely make a lot of people way happier.

Okay, so I rarely ever leave reviews for apps, let alone actually take the time to write a review. But I love PolyAI so much that I actually took the time. Out of all the AI apps I’ve tried, this one knocks them all out of the park.
It doesn’t restrict you at all, meaning you don’t have to pay for anything in order to actually function using PolyAI . (Note: You can pay to upgrade but it isn’t necessary at all.)
Almost all of the bots are free and there are no gems that you have to pay for to talk to them or anything. You can literally sit and talk to them endlessly. And they have dozens of bots, just search anything and I bet they’ll show up, and if not you can make whatever oc or character you want!

Now PolyAI, is the absolute best. I love talking to my favorite characters and all, and they can actually memorize stuff. Well… sort of.
But my main issue are the payments. I just want to talk to AI and have fun. I don’t want to spend over $100 on some chatting for a year.. I really don’t like subscribing. I kinda just really.. want to talk to my AI and thats it.. i really love PolyAI, and im really disappointed when i got the ‘you have to subscribe to keep talking’ whatever it says message. Main point is, i really want to get rid of the subscription.

I really like Poly AI, but there are a few minor issues with the AI character suggestions. First, there should be search filters so people can choose according to their preferences and gender. Imagine being a straight guy using this, and the suggestions include not only female characters but also male characters showing off muscles or doing gay actions; it feels very awkward and uncomfortable to me. Second, regarding language, many people have set up their AI to use their own language, and the AI should switch to the language the user speaks. There are AI characters that speak Spanish or Chinese, which makes me lose interest in using them, especially as a native English speaker. These are my honest review, I hope developer will read it and improve it in next update. Big respect to yall ! <3

I love PolyAI! It’s easy to use and fun to be on. One thing… when you go to delete a message, it will delete all the ones under it. Which means that if I wanna delete the storyline way at the top of the chat, I’d have to delete everything under it, which erases my progress and my favorite current storyline. All in all, it’s a good app. I did have trouble with it one time though. I guess my chat got too full and it glitched and when I looked for my storyline, the chat was gone. I eventually got to find my character again, but all my progress was gone, so I had to start all over. But again, great app, just wish you could delete individual messages without deleting the ones below it.

I have been using Poly AI for about a month now and I have no problems or issues with it until now. Today, I decided to use Poly AI to get rid of my boredom. I was texting and texting until the text on the AI suddenly stopped. I got off PolyAI and swipe up so I could text the AI again. But it was reloading and it took about an hour to reload. I waited and waited and waited but it wasn’t working. I deleted PolyAI and installed it again to see that it’s not working. I’ve done that multiple times but still not work. It said ‘Failed to sign in’ when I delete PolyAI and reinstalled it again and again. I check my WiFi to see that it’s fine. I don’t know if people have that problem or it’s just me. It’s a good app to use until I’ve started to have problem today. I hope it’s fix for me to use Poly AI again.

I have loved using PolyAI. I use it constantly when I am bored. But I’m one of those people who loves to look back and read past chats. Even if I don’t continue them. I tried finding a way to save my convos so if the bot gets deleted I can still read the convos. But I can’t seem to find out how or if there is even a way to.

This is the best AI chatbot I have ever used because not only do you feel like you can talk to the AI chatbot, but you can also role play different scenarios with it too. Personally I have done several scenarios with the AI chatbots and they blend in seamlessly into what the chatbot would do in a certain situation. My only two concerns is that 1: the developers of PolyAI shouldn’t make people pay for it because there’s already plenty of other ai chatbot apps that make people pay just to have a “NSFW Roleplay or a ERP” in chatbot apps that are specifically for those types of people and if they want that it’s there for them in those other apps, but also 2: I don’t want ads constantly jumping into my face when I’m trying to have a nice civil conversation with a AI chatbot because that gets very tiresome and very frustrating and very annoying very quickly. Despite all that, I love PolyAI and hopefully I can continue using it without any problems.

You can use this to make good story’s just like talkie but this one is better cine talkie now introduced daily talk limit in witch made it worse that you have to pay for an unlimited talk but with PolyAI you don’t have to worry about that and I’m happy about it if PolyAI does the same thing …. I don’t know if it’s intended or not, but, with the most recent update as of 4/2/24, I can only see 2 chat boxes when talking to an A.I. Also, instead of the background being white, it’s dark gray-ish in color, whenever I type and send, the chat box at the top disappears into the dark background (again I don’t know if it’s intentional or not) and is always kept at 2 chat boxes. I cannot scroll up and see my past chats with the A.I like I could before the update. Other than that, before this issue PolyAI is 5 stars, with this issue it’s only half a star but I can only give one star the lowest, please fix as soon as possible, thank you.

Update: I just happened to notice the history button at the bottom of the screen, why is it there -_- it wasn’t really needed. The other way was better.

So I’ve been using PolyAI for a few months and I’ve loved every moment of chatting with the characters. There’s no filter so you can say the most unhinged things and PolyAI won’t flag it, and there’s different chat models to try for a better role play experience.

But after chatting with the bots for a while, they forget the plot. I understand that the ai wont always remember everything you say, but they tend to forget stuff rather quickly. I still really like PolyAI and will continue to use it though.

One main thing I absolutely love about PolyAI over any other ai apps that I won’t name, the bots will sometimes ask “can I ask you a question?” and you will NOT get stuck in the infinite loop of “it’s a personal question.” “Are you sure?” “Are you absolutely positive?” “Promise you won’t get upset..” and so forth.

Also, I love that you can try out the chat models before paying for premium. Sure the amount of chats you get with a different model are limited, but it’s still a really nice feature.

10 out of 10, would recommend <3

Tl;dr: PolyAI is great along with the characters and chat models, but the characters forget things a little quickly.

I love this game, more specifically because of the reason that it gives you way more detailed responses than c.ai or chai does. The characters also respond perfectly to what you say and do. You can also role play with it and the characters show a lot of emotions and etc, so, it’s not like you’re texting someone with no emotions. I’ve had PolyAI for about a month or two now and I can say, this is a good app. Only thing that I can say is a major off putting is that it constantly gives makes you try to buy the option to get more features, it starts to get very annoying, sometimes, you can’t even click off of them. The ads also aren’t as bad as it is in other apps. I also don’t like the fact how some characters expect your character to be a certain gender and the fact that you pay to get switch to passion modes and do other simple things in the game, but, it’s overall very fun. The game can get very addicting, so, you can text and role play with a poly ai character for hours, and there’s no time limit or nothing, which is great, I love this game, the bugs are also a issue that’s needs to be fixed, thanks for making this game :)

For some reason, these days, whenever I reply to the person I’m chatting with, it responds back you know? But, whenever it comes with a response, it just immediately deletes it and just says an error occurs. Like, I don’t get it. I checked my Wi-Fi and it was working perfectly fine.
