Contact Drawing App Doodle Paint Draw Support

I was reading the reviews for this game, and all I could think was, “The pictures look so good, but why are the ratings so bad?”, now, I now why the ratings are bad. I have multiple complaints about this app!! 1. Paywalled You’re very limited in terms of tools. Half of the options are paywalled. And, they didn’t paywall the reasonable things, they make you pay for absolutely ridiculous items, like, the fill bucket tool, paint brush, and even some sort of sticker thing. And, PFFT WHO NEEDS LAYERS, RIGT??!!(that was sarcasm). It’s not that they paywalled layers, but there isn’t even an option for layers!! The one thing an artist needs most! So, yes, it’s extremely limited. 2. Lagging/Glitching It functions ok, I guess. Everything works fine until you have to undo something. The undo button is a no-fly-zone, if you use it, then you have a 99% chance of it crashing. It’s significantly more functional to just use the eraser than to use the undo button. It gets slower and laggier as you keep using it! 3. Confusing Now, when you get a new drawing app that you haven’t had experience with, it’s to be expected that you’ll be very confused as to what tools to use. But, this has 2 different buttons to save, which is very unneeded considering one button to save would be enough. It’s really confusing to use. The only redeeming quality for this app is that the brush/pencil has a good texture and function to it. Don’t waste your time getting this.

When I first opened the app the notification to rate it I liked the app popped up. It doesn’t have any correlation to what I say, but I it’s funny because I didn’t even get to use the app beforehand and now that I have I know that I hate it. Majority of the features there you have to pay for. I’m not doing that. The stroke can only get but so small. What does anyone expect one to do with gargantuan strokes but not small ones? I actually came here only for the strokes for I am not difficult to please and I only usually use the simple pencil tool anyways, but there is no pencil tool. There aren’t almost any different utensils. You can only use a paint brush and a spray can. What is one supposed to do with that? There are other tools. Like three other tools, but you have to pay to get them. No thanks. The layout is a bit tacky. The toolbar takes up the bottom of the screen and I’m not sure if it can go away. It’s big and bulky and it makes the app look pretty bad.

I first got this app, and noticed how not everything is free. I was expecting better, but I understand the fact that you need to make money. I will say, there were no adds at all which was nice. This is my first time using the app right, I work for probably 2 hours on a drawing, go to save it for the day, and as soon as I hit save it deleted its self!!!! At first I thought that maybe the work space just went blank, as the drawing moved to my camera role. So I checked it, not a single thing!!! Don’t know if this was just a one time glitch or not, but I am not trusting it again to find out! If you are someone who really cares a lot about their art to not get this app, because your work may be gone forever! I will say that if you just like to express yourself for a few minutes in your own personal art this app may work for you. But overall, I am deleting it now, and this is not for people who actually want to save or show there art!
