When I try to use AllbestHome with my leds I have to get close to the box in order for it to work. my old LEDs, I could change them from a different room

When you try turning on your led lights it comes on but when I got AllbestHome it never did so do not by led lights from this company

I can’t get my blue tooth to connect

My friend is downloading AllbestHome and changing the color do not recommend if u got a Freind who is smart like mine and knows to how to scan QR codes. I had to weight over the QR code with a sharpie but he can still download and change the light DO NOT recommend.

It is very sad to buy and the application does not work. I have tried to connect multiple times and AllbestHome does not show any changes. In addition, the lights come with a defect in some bulbs that turn out to be a different color than what you want!!!!

App doesn’t work. I downloaded the Joy Lights app (Allbest Home) but when I click to add a device, nothing shows up. I made sure my Bluetooth was on, and allowed all permissions of AllbestHome . The light strips work and I’m sitting right next to the product. AllbestHome doesn’t detect the lights.

If I could give it zero stars I would. These lights are no better than regular Christmas lights they only change to red and green. I realized this once I downloaded AllbestHome . This is so crazy, not worth the money at all. I’m so disappointed. I guess it’s all a scam to get you to download there app.

Every time i try to launch AllbestHome it closes

The remote doesnt work and when I use AllbestHome it says that the thing isn’t powered on so I press turn it on but it’s still off.

Won’t turn on. Did everything right. It’s all connected. I tried to be careful. Do NOT buy

Whenever I open AllbestHome a second later it automatically closes by itself. So AllbestHome doesn’t work for me

Horrible product I do not recommend to anyone opened it up put it on the walls downloaded AllbestHome nothing worked didn’t even turn on. I do not recommend this product. I got both of my fingers while opening it up I would seriously rethink before buying this.

It keeps failing to connect to the light/phone
I had to redownload AllbestHome 7 times and it has been less than a month since i got led strip lights

Y’all need to fix the issues within AllbestHome because I can’t even turn on my LEDS or change the color🥲

So I got them for my granddaughter and she loves them until they started flickering and going crazy I will never buy them again also when I was sleeping they turned on halfway and was flickering and they were not even plugged in

My led were connected perfectly until everything js won't connect

Everything works great until we get to Bluetooth, the amount of times I had to uninstall and reinstall is crazy, always because it says something like “allow app to use Bluetooth” when I already allowed Bluetooth access to AllbestHome , it’s always random whenever it happens, must be an app problem but besides that it’s great

AllbestHome works fine, lights r mid, not good but not bad. it goes smooth and i barely have any issues

The application was perfect, until i turned on my lights and realized half of them are a completely different color than the others. Red, green, and yellow are all colors that work across the set, but if i put on blue, light blue, or magenta, the colors either turn off on half of it or they go to a different color. There’s no troubleshooting button (as afar as I’m concerned) so theirs no way for me to get answers or a way to fix them. Brand new.

Timer stopped working with last update & custom scene keeps defaulting to jump versus gradient. Disappointing

they do work you just have to make sure you plug in the white thingy right I thought they didn’t work then I seen another review saying to try and plug in the white adapter thing a different way by like turning it and making sure it’s in the right holes and IT WORKED

I have no clue if AllbestHome only works for one brand of lights or if it works for more but I got my LEDs off Walmart and AllbestHome really works well. I love that it gives me more color options to choose from and I think AllbestHome works great.

are they safe to cut

Just recently downloaded this i use fairy lights in my car and these have the best customization features i have seen of any fairy lights i just wish for the music mode could have the option to customize which color to use and how bright I can make the lights when they sync to music and the same brightness option would go perfect with the different scene modes because I can customize the speed but i cant seem to change the brightness if I could be able to do that AllbestHome would be flawless

App works great and simple to use recommend. Just one thing is can you make it able to be used with the Apple shortcuts app. All I want out of it is to be able to set up a shortcut to shut off the lights not go into AllbestHome every time. That is about my only complaint with AllbestHome . Hope to see this soon.

It’s better than others because you don’t have to pay for anything. It works good, I like it 👍

Only downside is you can’t favorite colors everything else is good though

if it dont work redownload it and make sure the lights are plugged in the right way too! it worked for me so i assume it will work for everyone, hope it helped :)

I love using AllbestHome for my LED lights! So far I’ve had no problems with AllbestHome. I highly recommend AllbestHome for anyone who has LEDs.

Joy Light is one of the best light apps I’ve ever used! The lights work great and it’s super easy to work and use. I love how you can adjust the brightness of the lights and I also really like how you can set a time for the lights to turn on. Great app and lights!

I rated a five star rating so people can see this! I need to know how do i turn this my led lights on, i'm trying to pressing the turn on button but it's not working. And yes i got this from the led light plug in and i got this for christmas so i don't know what type of led lights they are! so please someone tell me how to turn them on

Your lights didn’t work because y’all got AllbestHome or got the wrong lights

AllbestHome does not work for every room light
For example, let’s say you got some random lights and then your just like let’s use AllbestHome that won’t work use the website that may be stated on the box or there may not be a website

this is a pretty good app like it gives u cool effects n stuff and it’s good

Soo guys I see a lot of you saying that these lights don’t work well guess what I went through the same thing at first they did not work at all then a few days later only one half worked all you need to do is check your power and the reason why only one half worked is beca there is ops certain way you have to move the white cord in the one that does not work also make sure that you put each white cord in the rights leds I hope this helps🌚
