It does not work as stated and you won’t get refunded. They don’t have live help at all ever except via email which is probably AI anyway so don’t waste time or money like I did. Save yourself the headache and skip over KidsGuardProParentalControl

Features like the messaging and emails do not load well if at all. Also, I have to keep reinstalling KidsGuardProParentalControl to get it to upload the data.

Their website directly advertises a 7 day free trial. They immediately bill you $35 as soon as you download it - then they refuse to give you a refund. I even contacted customer service and they refused to give me a refund. It’s a scam. It’s so unfair.

KidsGuardProParentalControl doesn’t work on my iPhone. I reached out seeking help or refund and no response.

When you in the demo mode, there are many functions and it looks great! However, when you paid $139.99, about 70% of those functions are NOT WORKING!!! It’s crazy!!! And not worth the money that you pay for it! Please don’t buy KidsGuardProParentalControl!

Been trying to install for over two months 2 1/2 months and have not been able to use the software at all. All it keeps letting me do is download the android version have iPhone. and emailed them they have no customer service line and have not been able to use it and wasted three months of service due to this. They don’t email you back. They don’t communicate with you terrible.
