I downloaded the app last night and it said to wait for 56 minutes to train the model. Here it is a day later and still nothing. It says Model Training in Progress. I paid for this App an it's not working. Can someone please assist? Thank you.

How to fix Fotorama app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fotorama app on iPhone
Update Fotorama app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fotorama iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fotorama on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fotorama network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fotorama Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fotorama not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fotorama App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fotorama » click [Force Stop]

Update Fotorama to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fotorama App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fotorama » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fotorama.

Fix Fotorama unable to contact server/ Fotorama internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fotorama » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fotorama » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fotorama
