How to fix MapleHeroes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MapleHeroes app on iPhone
Update MapleHeroes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MapleHeroes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MapleHeroes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MapleHeroes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MapleHeroes Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MapleHeroes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MapleHeroes App
1. On android, goto Settings » MapleHeroes » click [Force Stop]

Update MapleHeroes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MapleHeroes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MapleHeroes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MapleHeroes.

Fix MapleHeroes unable to contact server/ MapleHeroes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MapleHeroes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MapleHeroes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
