Stop shoving tutorial down my throat and let me play the game without interference. Stop forcing me to challenge boss. How do I abandon boss fight you forced me to start? Stop forcing me to summon pet. Stop forcing me to add pet to lineup. How do I remove pet you forced me to add to lineup? Stop forcing me to open adventure season window. Stop forcing me to claim rewards. Stop forcing me to go to adventure medal window. Stop forcing me to claim rewards. Stop forcing me to promote. How do I destroy promotion you shoved down my throat? lost items/asked for $50 to get items back

i lost 4 XL genes i bought with money when accidentally removing a gene from my main pet. this deleted the pet and all the other genes on the pet.
i did get the monsters and materials i used to star up the scarlet queen pet but not the genes.
talking with support to see if there was anything i could do about it they asked me for $50 for a backtrack of the items????
the ui for extracting genes is confusing and its easy to accidentally click on extract which i have done a few times. but another window pops up so its not that big of a problem. i miss-clicked on yes this last time and my heart sank. i didn't even extract a good gene is was the worst gene the pet had 😭.
i just think asking for an additional $50 for 4 XL genes is absurd.

Going back and forth with support for weeks now for them to simply give me rewards I earned and they just continue to say “on my side it shows you got it”. Ummm no I never did which is why I wrote you in the first place.
Extremely rude and horrible customer support for other bugs and issues I’ve sent.
will never spend anything in this game again and I suggest no one else does either.
