Y’all really ignored me in support, then when I left a review y’all delete it? Literally just refund the money for the stuff I bought and never received so I can forget about you. Terrible developers, terrible hiring staff, terrible support. Working in customer service I pride myself on customers walking away happy with my company, y’all just don’t care? Tryna keep face?? I wish I would’ve screenshotted my first review cause I’m definitely screenshotting this one. Until this problem is solved and I either receive what I paid for or get my money back I will leave reviews like this. People should not have to sit here and fight with brainless people over a service. Pay for service = get service. No get service = refund. If I sold a bad product I’d refund it. If someone had something on their receipt but didn’t get it I refund it. This is absolutely rediculous man just give me what I paid for🧍‍♀️

This app shows ads for a phone game that claims you can earn free robux from playing it. Literally everyone in the 1 star reviews was saying it was a total scam and didn’t do at all what it promised. I don’t support game apps that show scam ads. Uninstalling. Update: I was told to report the scam ads to the game developer. Uh, you should have testers for that in order to make sure everything is working properly. Your customers shouldn’t have to find out these things after it’s already too late. This should have been caught early. It’s unacceptable that you aren’t in control of your ads nor do you endorse those ads, yet you’re more than happy to collect a paycheck off of them. Just my two cents. I’m keeping this at one star

I really enjoyed this game. So when it stopped loading I reached out to customer support. First through the website with absolutely no response. I then reached out through the app. Got a response telling me basic troubleshooting. Wasn’t helpful. I responded letting them know that wasn’t helping. Didn’t get a response back for almost a week. The person helping responded with the same message. I even tried reaching out to another support associate. No help. So after over a week of the game not loading and the customer support not helping in the slightest I have deleted the game. Sad really.
