You guys went to credited palmpay account which is not the official account number that I put on my account I put OPay but you guys went to credited wrong account and your customer care chat is so poor with hours of late response , I traded card with you guys and I withdraw the cash checking the receipt of the payment it wasn’t account till now you guys did nothing about it , it take years for their support team to respond and they won’t still do something on it , bring down CardBrother it’s a scam app

If you are seeing this, please don't ever trade your card with CardBrother cuz they are now scamming their customers cuz i traded some cards with this same app and when i make my money withdrawal it got failed first and then i tried it again but after then they send me withdrawal successful but when i checked the payment slip they sent me after hours of not receiving the money yet then i saw it that the payment is still hanging on their end and after so many messages i sent to their customer service they just keep telling to be patient without working on it and i still sent them all the proofs my bank sent to me about the payment that it has never been deposited to my bank account which means the money was never sent that they just want to scam me off my money and i can also screenshots everything and post it so you guys reading this will see how this card brother is now stealing and scamming their own brothers. CardBrother should be banned.

I am extremely disappointed with this gift card application. I recently tried to redeem a gift card, and CardBrother initially showed the balance on the card, making me believe everything was fine. However, when I proceeded to complete the transaction, it suddenly failed and left me unable to access the funds.
This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. If CardBrother could verify the balance, why couldn’t it process the transaction? It’s unacceptable to raise users’ expectations only to let them down. I trusted this platform, and it’s deeply disappointing to have that trust broken.
I do not recommend CardBrother to anyone until they address these issues and ensure a reliable experience for their users. This level of service is simply unacceptable. 😞

Hello I made a trade in your app since early on Monday morning and up till this moment I have not gotten the money, I contacted my bank and they said it’s the senders bank, I’ve told my customer service Cara about it but it seems she doesn’t want to do anything about it, I’ve referred a lot of people to your app and I’d stop referring since these is how you guys attend to complaint. Tell Cara to send my money to me or go and contact zenith bank, I can not wait anymore it’s been 2 days this is a very poor customer service system resend my money to me, I can’t wait cause of your bank inconvenience

And despite my efforts to contact your customer care team, I have not received any response till now. Just as I placed my trust in your platform, I now find myself in a difficult position. I have submitted multiple complaints through your app without any acknowledgment. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and refund the $500. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably without escalating it further. CardBrother is a complete scam. At first, everything seems legitimate — smooth interface, responsive support, and even some initial small withdrawals. But once you deposit larger amounts, you’ll notice things start to go wrong. Your trades get manipulated, withdrawals are “Pending” indefinitely, and support stops responding. It’s a classic bait-and-switch. I’ve seen countless people complain about losing their funds here, and after my own experience, I can confirm this is not a trustworthy platform. Avoid at all costs if you value your money.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Card Brother. I attempted to sell my gift card through their platform, but what ensued was a nightmare.

Despite my best efforts to provide accurate information, Card Brother claimed that there was no money on the card after taking my money. This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant scam.

I warn others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Card Brother. Their business practices seem questionable, and I wouldn't want anyone else to fall victim to their deception.

I withdraw money from this app but I haven’t seen any money they sent the money to someone else and I put my account number and the name of the bank but they sent it to someone that’s is using paimpay account not mine please I need my money

You guys need to fix the customer service and keep it active 24 hours and also make the trade larger because it can only carry $500 below which is poor thank you.

The transaction is really convenient, and the exchange rate can be clearly seen. Sometimes the customer service will be patient when the bank transaction is slow. The exchange rate of the 500-dollar card I trade every time is great, and I like CardBrother program very much.

Normally they are good in loading but the taboo they have is that when they want to send me money it take time and if they na send the money and it mistakenly occurs that the transaction is pending or bounce back and you reportedti them before the customer service will answer you will take time and if they answer you before they get done they can't tell, to send the money of what you trade from them back when the transaction bounce back will be issue let me make example I load card with them around 16:00 and they send the money in 15min and it mistakenly occur it failed or pending I can't say the hrs they will get it done cuz the one am experiencing now it going more a day they will just be telling you be patient

It’s a very legit and another perfect way of trading your gift cards, you don’t need to be afraid when trading your gift cards here, they don’t Rip you out of your money and they are a lot of cash backs rewards you can win on CardBrother , I’ll recommend anyone using CardBrother has a very good backup app for redeeming his/her gift cards.
