MyWatch is a complete waste of time. It requires several step to setup to view the results that disappear after 2 sec or an hour , joke :))) making it impossible to use. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's clear that the developers care more about making money than providing a quality user experience.

The watch face isn’t permanent like you are used to. It switches back to your previously chosen Apple Watch face anywhere between immediately and one hour depending on the setting. You Must constantly go through several steps to get the watch face you want to display again. Terrible. Misleading. Fraudulent.

As others have said, this isn’t a real watch face, it’s an app that runs and you have to change your watch to display that app until it times out after an hour and goes back to your real watch face.

Don’t even try MyWatch. The faces don’t stay active. After a few minutes it disappears and your regular Apple Watch face returns, then you have to open this app app again to get watch face to appear again for a few minutes. Total waste of money and a scam. I want a refund.

MyWatch don’t work as they advertised, the watch face took more than three minutes to apply resulting in a incomplete result. On top of this I try to reach them and is only through email, resulting in my message is not delivered due the address is not found. Already submitted a ticket for my refund and I hope apple took this developer out of the Apple system

I just purchased MyWatch and also been trying for past it doesn’t work!!hour to find a way to get my refund! I did everything they tell us to do and the watch faces come up for less then a second and Apples watch face replaces the one I installed from this company! So if that’s the normal way that this should work it’s not worth it!!!

Many of the faces don’t show all the details. And you have to quite regularly go in and re-run MyWatch on the watch to show the chosen face. You have to do this if you don’t interact with your watch every hour or so. And an honesty some of the faces just aren’t as good as they look in the ads. This is by far one of the worst apps I have bought.

I don’t know what the deal is with MyWatch, but the Watch bases download to the watch but you can only use them for one hour intervals then it goes back to the watch face you had originally I don’t know why it’s like this I’m about to get a refund from Apple because MyWatch is not delivering the services they suggest.

There is no way to keep the face on without reverting to your original watch face The only solution they give is to set the settings to always on for 1 hour Then your watch stays lit for the entire hour and as soon as it goes to sleep the original comes back again Complete scam

You cannot download your watch face to the watch app you must jump through hoops to get the watch face and then it will not remain there are better watch face apps in the play store. Please look at all the 1 star reviews they all have the same consistent problem.

Unusable! The installation requires the download of a companion app. Any watch face you download will only stay active for a short while. It then becomes necessary to turn it back on again through the companion app.

This junk has no business being in MyWatch store!

There is no option to make it for watch face size and it’s too small for my watch size. Doesn’t take the whole screen and looks stupid. Also the quality of the image is not crisp. Way overpriced for what this is.

This is one of those garbage apps that won’t even let you use MyWatch until you sign up for their monthly or annual subscription. Not even a trial option. Instant delete, negative review. And will never be returning to MyWatch. Everyone should STAY AWAY. If you want something legit. Use Clockology

MyWatch barley adds the faces the worst part is the watch faces never save. I’m on the latest updates IPhone 15 Pro Max & Apple Watch Series 9! Emailed them it says it takes them 3-5 days to respond! Really? Why you charging so much for your app subscription and it’s not functioning as designed?

Everything is wrong with this. Paid $39. The watch faces shown are not available. It’s not integrated to your watch. AND a face only can be set to display for 1 hour! After 1 hour you have to sync again. Ridiculous

New cool installed watch faces just disappear and need to be reloaded constantly. Second hand freezes in place when not active and jumps forward when active looks bad. I want a refund!

Don’t buy it. Following their instructions to make the selected watch face stay on your watch reveals that it’s not a true watch face but an app and there is no way to keep the face active for longer than one hour.

When my ultra watch gets to sleep mode, most of MyWatch face now disappears, leaving only the clock hands and the date.

Also many of your faces (esp. In the productivity category) don't render well on my watch and don't reflect your face picture.

You can do better.

Some of the developer’s “faces” look quite nice, however these are *not* watch faces. You are running an app on your watch to show the faces. There are no complications, no workout functions, etc. I’d love to have my money back.

I decided to invest in MyWatch , eager to customize my watch face. After spending an hour perfecting my new look, I was disappointed to find that it reverted back to the plain old Apple face. In order to display my chosen design, I had to go through the entire set up process again, as it was not saved in my gallery. Ultimately, it wasn't worth the hassle.

I saw their ad on Instagram. I downloaded MyWatch for a not so cheap price. The watch face does not stay on your watch and I have loaded and reloaded. MyWatch made sure all updates were current and still it does not work. When I reached out to the Support, they said that I would need to contact Apple for a refund and they would not issue one through their service.

I would absolutely not purchase this and I could not recommend it even though it looks like it could do some cool things if it worked properly.

As others have said MyWatch is buggy and if you get a watch face to download, it goes away after about an hour and returns to the face you had on before you change it.

To bad it doesn’t work well I really like the faces they have, not worth the subscription.

I thought these would be functional Apple watch faces, but it's an app that you can have opened up to two hours. To use any watch function you have to exit MyWatch .
