Bought the Bluetooth speaker with the screen that shows distances. Tried using the golf features today and BlueTeesGame was super laggy and slow. Every time I opened it, it would go to a black screen and just sit there. Redownloaded BlueTeesGame multiple times and finally got logged into my profile but then could not start my round because the “select your tee box” option wouldn’t load despite having full strength 5G ultrawide connection.

Really disappointed with the user experience and will not be renewing the annual subscription if I cannot use these features.

Just downloaded BlueTeesGame and can’t even sign up for it. Keeps going to a white screen after putting my information in and then freezes.

I downloaded BlueTeesGame to use with the new Player+ which is supposed to ship soon. I wanted to get to know them app before arrived. Every time I try to either login or join, it goes white. Locks up and has to be rebooted. Has not worked once.

Seems like I’m not the only one with this problem. I bought the Player+ and can’t even use BlueTeesGame . Asked for help and was told to do a factory reset on my phone and still have the same issue. Would appreciate some real help to use the $200 product I purchased. Nothing like setting up a Tee Time to show off your new purchase and can’t even use it.

App was working grade until I upgraded to iOS 17. App does not work at all. Looking to return speaker if app issues aren’t fixed. Part of the reason I purchased the speaker was to use the yardages, which you cannot get without BlueTeesGame .

BlueTeesGame is great if you keep your phone in your pocket. I would prefer if it could link to your Apple Watch to find distances. I don’t always keep my phone in my pocket or the cart right next to me while I play The graphics on BlueTeesGame are by far some of the best looking though!

I have used a large number of golf tracking apps and deduced to give Blue Tees a try after getting the speaker as a gift this Christmas. Overall it’s okay, but makes some features harder to do than needed.

It’s easy to input score for a hole and putts, but adding info about fairways and greens hit is in a completely different flow. There is also no way to adjust a round after you start one. Played last week and on the first tee the group I got paired with selected to play the Blues when I had setup BlueTeesGame to use the whites. No way to correct it during the round other than to end the round and create a new one.

The hole fly over and distance details are great. And shot tracking is far easier than other apps. But scoring is clunky and needs work.

I received the Player+ speaker for Father’s Day and was really happy with how it performed for the most part. The only 2 things that I’d deduct stars for are #1, the lack of integration with Apple Watch. Most golf apps work with Apple Watch and this allows for a much more seamless round. I ended up not using any of the premium features because if I took my phone in my pocket, the music would start cutting out around the greens, so I just didn’t input anything on the phone. If this was doable via my Apple Watch, it would have been 100% more functional. #2 is the battery life. It’s rated for 10 hours, but we played 1 round, lasting just around 4 hours and the Player + showed 25% batter left.

For the most part, this was great, but longer battery life and Apple Watch integration would make it dang near perfect! I just don’t see why I would keep the premium subscription after the trial without the Apple Watch integration.

Really enjoy my Speaker +, however BlueTeesGame is just not very user friendly. Specifically the scoring. In our foursome we all started the round using Blue Tees app and three of us went back to 18 Birdies. I really hate how it switches to the next hole three times while you are trying to put your stats in.. it seemed like I would get halfway done scoring and it would switch to the next hole and I would have to go back and start over. Maybe it’s user error, but very frustrating!

Hands down one of the best apps out there ! Great graphics, user interface is seamless. No crashing, and very accurate! The one and only flaw is it’s not compatible with my Apple Watch . I don’t like my phone in my pocket when I play, and sometimes the cart is on the other fairway where my partners ball ended up, and I have no way of double checking my yardage. Hopefully they will add this feature SOON !! Player + is on pre order and I’m excited to hopefully not have to be picking my phone up to check yardage and input my score every hole !! 🤞

Played yesterday on Fort Cavazos, the front 9 it worked great, have to get better with working BlueTeesGame and logging scores, but the back 9….hmmm

Now we get to the “not five star level” after getting the correct course, BlueTeesGame showed me at one location, but I was at another. It kept saying 999 yards. I even restarted it several times and BlueTeesGame kept saying 999 yards. I looked at it and it looked as though I didn’t move.

Love the look of BlueTeesGame , and hope there is an apple watch version, but if we’re paying 50 dollars for a subscription, then it should work.

BlueTeesGame is nice!! Would like it get stats and be able to get more data after rounds. Really needs to get the Apple watch involved to make it top tier with GolfShot etc.

Love BlueTeesGame more than others I have used, I have had a few issues where it won’t let me track my shot at the red tee because it thinks it should be further back (only happened on one course though) but otherwise I love it! Anxiously waiting for Apple Watch feature and hoping I can track shot and score on watch so I don’t have to use my phone for every swing and hole!

I love BlueTeesGame and the speaker. I love everything about BlueTeesGame and it is hands down better than any other one that I have used but it just needs one thing. I would love to see it available for the Apple Watch. I know I’m not the only person wanting this but the more the merrier lol. Once there’s an app for the Apple Watch it will be perfect all around! Awesome products from these guys keep up the great work!

Speaker and the GPS work well for me. It’s cool a pull up golf courses from around the world. I’m still working on understanding scoring through BlueTeesGame . Pulling my phone out while playing to keep score takes away from the experience.

Battery life would be an issue but if the cart has a USB plug-in, that issue is resolved. There is no Apple Watch function. Turn my Apple Watch into a golf tool I can use on the course and blue tees will be five stars. I’m locked in for the year. If there is no Apple Watch addition I will look at some of the other options on the market.

Prior to this iOS update, once the magnetic speaker was configured, BlueTeesGame worked great on the course. - 1 Star for what I hope is a glitch.

It seems that BlueTeesGame lags my phone to where it’s so unenjoyable, I can’t listen to music and run BlueTeesGame at the same time. It’s a iPhone 15 pro so I don’t understand why it is so delayed and laggy!!

Had difficulties logging in. My wife bought this as a gift and purchased the premium subscription and didn't want me to find out about the gift prior to giving it to me therefore she put the account in her name. Had difficulties trying to get it transferred over to me but they got it resolved. As frustrating as it was, the Customer service was amazing even though we couldn't get it figured out the first time.

They responded within minutes each time I reached out. Thank you for the great customer service!

I’ve had several Blue Tees products over the last few years and I’ve never been disappointed.

When the Player+ GPS speaker was announced I almost immediately preordered it and got BlueTeesGame right away. I used BlueTeesGame for every round while I was waiting for my speaker and it worked absolutely amazingly.

Once my speaker arrived I did notice a big issue with it not auto advancing from one hole to the next. So much so that for a couple rounds I didn’t use the speaker at all. Then out of the blue I got an email from Michael in product support letting me know BlueTeesGame had been updated and a lot of the previous issues were fixed. I took it out on my very next round and let me just say, WOW! It was as close to perfect as you can get. Distances were spot on, auto advance worked perfectly (too perfectly if you hit your drive to the next fairway 🤦🏻‍♂️) and the sound quality was fantastic as always.

I can’t thank Michael and his team enough for all the hard work they do on the daily to bring such good products to the golf market. After two rangefinders, two speakers, headcovers, towels, and mag link hubs, I am proud to say I am a Blue Tees lifer!

I heard about Blue Tees and bought their divot repair tools (one for my son and one for me), range finder and their GPS+Player combination. After ordering, I waited for several months having not received it yet. When I reached out, I received a quick email response apologizing for the delay (something had happened and they fixed it quickly). My Player arrived within 3-5 days. Fast forward it was too cold to use but once I brought it out, it finds the course you are at fast, very accurate yardages and outstanding sound quality.

Unfortunately, the magnet gave way (was attached to the metal roof bar) going over a bump, it fell of and cracked the screen. I contacted them and they again apologized and my new one is on its way.

Stuff happens even with great products. But what makes people customers for life are how companies respond when things happen and this company - Understood the assignment!!!!

Unfortunately my rangefinder went out of warranty shortly before my rangefinder broke! I knew I couldn’t get it replaced, but I said oh “what the heck let’s reach out to blue tees anyways this is the third one I’ve had and I’m not switching” I was happy to find that Alex and the rest of the customer service team, went above and beyond for me and helped me with the purchase of a new rangefinder. I’ve had a few rangefinders to say the least and no one has helped me out HALF as much as bluetees. I never leave reviews, but I was genuinely surprised, baffled to say the least. I thought the days of customer service were gone, but not here. Thank you Bluetees!!

I bought the player + because I loved the idea of real time distances displayed on my screen, while listening to music. The speaker has exceeded every expectation. Moreover BlueTeesGame is outstanding and the customer service is off the charts. This is already the gold standard in combination speaker/GPS devices and OMG does it seem they are passionate about getting better and better. I am a very tough consumer when I comes to golf and I would tell anyone that if you are considering a Wingman because it is the industry standard, then you had better take a look at this start up as this is absolutely the future!!

I received the speaker/range finder as a gift. The first thing I did when I fired it up was to check out my home course. We had re-rated our holes and changed the layout to make the flow on the front 9 and back 9 more convient for our members. Many of the gps devices were not updated including Blue Tee. I reached out to support and Michael was quick to respond. I shared and we discussed the score card and the results couldn’t be better.
Now once the snow melts I will be good to go.

First of all I have enjoyed all of the blue tees stuff I have gotten from them in the past. Admittedly I am not one to write reviews (I know, shameful) but I must give credit where credit is due here. I have been trying to use my blue tees app in anticipation of the player+ coming out, and I have been having issues with it. I could not get the screen to load and had been waiting for new updates to see if it would go away. Finally I decided to contact blue tees support, honestly thinking I would probably not be answered, and to my surprise I was emailed back within an hour!! MICHAEL at blue tees support was very patient, corresponded back with me in a timely manner, and worked very hard to get the issue with BlueTeesGame resolved. Many companies try to bring a small business feel to a larger demographic, but blue tees has clearly succeeded with their superior service.

Received the Player + this week and installed BlueTeesGame on my iOS 17 device with no issues. Upon launching BlueTeesGame the screen turned black. Reached out to customer service and got a response within a couple of hours. The suggestion solved the problem and I was able to complete setup. BlueTeesGame looks great and along with the Player + which is solid, I can’t wait to play a round with it. Great work Blue Tees!!

First and foremost, the customer service is superb. I had some odd issues where I had some settings on my iPhone mess with BlueTeesGame . When I reached out to customer service, Michael was great. Kept in touch and was able to resolve the issues. Everyone that sees the Player+ ask me about it. This is a must have. Music and all the info you need in a golf round.

I had issues with the subscription when I first bought the speaker. They were on the issue that day and from the time I sent the email to when the issue was resolved was around 90 minutes. This is excellent customer service

The speaker is amazing and great sound quality. BlueTeesGame will help track your shot distances as well. Great way to track each round. It also keeps your lifetime stats of bogies pars birdies and all your scoring. I would recommend it 5/5. Great people.

Paired with the Player + GPS Speaker, this is incredible. The updates are FAST, had an issue and reached out to support and less than a day later it was updated and completely fixed.
I truly cannot recommend Blue Tees enough to anyone, shoutout Michael at Blue Tees as well! He is an awesome individual that ensures any concerns are heard and pumps out these updates.

I use speaker and blue tees app with a diamond membership.

Speaker it’s awesome and sound quality phenomenal. It’s so good it has replaced all the portable speakers in my house. Having the ranges on the speaker for quick reference has made it so I don’t need to pull out my range finder and I have compared the ranges to a rangefinder they are very accurate!

I have used a lot of golf apps previously and this one is by far my favorite. Love the ability to track distances for each club and the simplicity of BlueTeesGame . It has a summary page that will throw all golf stats in a easy display and fun to look at, to include amount of Birdies, PARs, and bogeys based off the rounds logged through BlueTeesGame . The Blue Tees team is easy to work with and if a course is missing you can send in a score card and they always get it updated within a couple days. I just recently used some of their advanced features that include a reconstructed flyover or a hole I played that ended up being a hole in one on a short dogleft par 4 making a 260 yard 3 wood ACE! Used this feature in my post and people kept messaging me saying “the flyover was cool to see with the post”. As long as you track all your shots through BlueTeesGame you could use this feature for a full 18.

Overall I recommend BlueTeesGame and their products!

I’ve never written an app review. I’ve also never had a development team reach out to me and ask for direct feedback. I received my Blue Tees Player+ and it’s a good looking device with great sound. However, I didn’t buy it for music - that’s a bonus - I bought it for GPS on the course. So my son and I took it out immediately. I’m not gonna lie there were some frustrations: it wouldn’t advance holes, I had to open BlueTeesGame to adjust it, etc.

By the time I got home, the team had reached out asking for feedback because they knew I’d received the device recently. I sent some comments and thought nothing of it. Less than a half your later they reached out for details. We went back and forth - less than two weeks later a new release was out that addressed my concerns.

Ive never seen any company have such a voracious appetite for feedback, let alone actually listen and improve a product. Never. Not any product - Not any company. I couldn’t be more impressed.

(FWIW Before I BOUGHT my BT Player I demo’d a similar product from a well known optics manufacturer. I could have bought the demo for half off and chose to save my money.)

I already had a BT Rangefinder but if I didn’t I’d buy one knowing their commitment to their products.

I’m not promising anything but I’ve made a couple other suggestions and if they add those - you will be mad if you don’t have this device.

Device and app work fine, great even, helped out quite a bit on the course.

The best part was their customer service. I, like an idiot, screwed up my account. Emailed their customer service and got a reply within 20 minutes and had my whole issue resolved within 15 more minutes. That’s unheard of these days, kudos to that team!

My club recently re-routed its course layout. I emailed the customer support team and they had everything updated within a week. Amazing customer service and kudos to BlueTeesGame development team for getting everything updated so quickly. You will not be disappointed with their products! I would recommend it to anyone.

Got to use this for the first time and it was just as good as I thought it would be. I bought it because I wanted the gps and the music and both are amazing. I still am exploring everything BlueTeesGame does and am excited to take full advantage. The team is also unbelievable and have nothing but good things to say about them. Love this Blue Tees Game app. Easy to setup and start a round. Love the experience as it was super friendly to keep score and see distances. Amazing how I found it was something I can’t do without because of much faster it was to get yardages to the green. Would recommend 10/10!

When I first received my Player+ I was having some GPS issues, but Mike assured me an update was coming soon. BAM!!!!!!! It works like a charm. I'm the envy on the course. Thank you X's 1000.

This is hands down the best golf app available. It’s super user friendly, awesome visual layout, and doesn’t crash like other apps I have used. I golf 2-3 times a week and use BlueTeesGame to track all of my shots and keep my handicap up to date. My favorite part is that it links directly to Blue Tees Golf’s new advices! Amazing, absolutely amazing.

Just started getting serious about golf and found BlueTeesGame super easy to use. The scoring was simple and the most important feature for me was the club assist because it gives me a distance and tells me what club to use which helps me tremendously with my game and keeps me from second guessing.

I’ve been using the Blue Tees Game app and Player + speaker for a few months now. Super impressed with how easy it is to navigate. Everything I could ask for is in BlueTeesGame , courses/yardages are accurate, and the pairing with an iPhone is seamless. I’m constantly asked by golfing buddies where they can get the Player+ device and I’d highly recommend Blue Tees over the competition….including Bushnell.
