I tried to sign up several times but CubittJrTeens only gives me an error message. Doesn’t work. I’m returning the watch tomorrow.

I can’t even sign up for an account cause I keep getting an error message.

I don’t know how to get the games circle on the bottom of the screen.

It won’t let me sign up or sign in it says network abnormally every time I try to get the verification code! I tried every single thing on CubittJrTeens to sign in or log in and it won’t work! Plz fix this bug!

Is constantly disconnecting from phone and I have to reset the watch every time to get it to reconnect.

How do you customize the games?

Downloaded said more and new games, no new games. Said u could call and text, I can’t disappointing ☹️

When I enter pk challenges I take over 1,000 steps but it doesn’t keep track of it so I loose either way I should have one

How do you customize games? I can’t get any new games and on CubittJrTeens there isn’t a icon for games other than that it’s a really good watch

CubittJrTeens is super helpful and user friendly. My kid loves his watch and I love that I can check his daily activity and more through CubittJrTeens.

I just turned twelve and got the (teens) watch for my birthday. I love everything it does. You can call, receive notifications, play games, etc. And CubittJrTeens adds even more to the experience! You are even able to create your own watch face! Take it from a kid this watch and app I guess is 😻 amazing!!!
PS: The calling feature helps me get in touch with parents or guardians wherever I am (as long as it’s still connected to my phone)
