Unusable: Laggy and Cannot Start A Round

Bought the Bluetooth speaker with the screen that shows distances. Tried using the golf features today and the app was super laggy and slow. Every time I opened it, it would go to a black screen and just sit there. Redownloaded the app multiple times and finally got logged into my profile but then could not start my round because the “select your tee box” option wouldn’t load despite having full strength 5G ultrawide connection.
Really disappointed with the user experience and will not be renewing the annual subscription if I cannot use these features.
App won’t work

Seems like I’m not the only one with this problem. I bought the Player+ and can’t even use the app. Asked for help and was told to do a factory reset on my phone and still have the same issue. Would appreciate some real help to use the $200 product I purchased. Nothing like setting up a Tee Time to show off your new purchase and can’t even use it.
Screen Goes White

I downloaded the app to use with the new Player+ which is supposed to ship soon. I wanted to get to know them app before arrived. Every time I try to either login or join, it goes white. Locks up and has to be rebooted. Has not worked once.
