GP does not like their customers

You would think with as big of a company Georgia Power is that they would have better apps and easier ways for customers to pay for their power. Half the time the app gives an error message when trying to add money to your account. I can’t even use my debit card through the app anymore and have to use Apple Pay. It is very slow to loud and doesn’t work. Please do better, GP. You get our money, no doubt about it.

This app needs serious work. Crashes and the app doesn’t recognize email address when needing to receive link to reset password. The app isn’t reliable for making payments. I’ve made a payment and to find out it never even went through. I received a confirmation but the app never pushed the payment through. Absolute trash and the company needs to seriously look at the apps logistics and fix the issues.
