Animatos taking days to render. I currently have one that's been processing for a WEEK. Can you fix?

To resolve AI Language Tutor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AI Language Tutor App
1. On android, goto Settings » AI Language Tutor » click [Force Stop]

Clear AI Language Tutor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AI Language Tutor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AI Language Tutor.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AI Language Tutor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AI Language Tutor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AI Language Tutor
