This service does not work as described and they try to lock you into a payment plan you cannot get out of. Totally deceptive and terrible product. I signed up from their webpage, with the intent of using the service both on my iPhone and in a web browser. After that I could not use the iOS app with my paid subscription. Their onboarding process is a joke and has serious user experience issues. It took many emails with support to sort this error out. They refunded me, and gave me 3 months free, but by signing up on their website there was no way to stop the reoccurring payment. So after 3 months they charged me again, and not-coincidentally the iOS app did not recognize my account anymore. Because I signed up through their webpage I could not manage my subscription through my apple account as the developer will probably claim. Overall I would give this 0 stars if I could. Worst User Experience and even worse Customer Experience. There are basic UX and CX principles that are disregarded. For the product currently out, this app should be free. It is barely a Minimum Viable Product, and it is definitely not a Minimum Desirable Product. Overhyped and underfunded.
