Terrible service!!

So I’ve tried contacting the developers and get no response which is horrible! But what’s worse is the fact that I did the free trial and then I canceled it before it charged me. But even after I canceled their free trial they still tried to charge me every single day! And this was back in August and I’m still dealing with them trying to charge me 4.99 everyday! I even deleted the app but nothing! So I don’t see how it was a free trial when they are still going to charge you! And trying to get a hold of them is even worse! Because no one responds back to you! So my advice is don’t do their free trials you’ll end up having to pay even if you cancel and they’ll probably charge you every week! I’m giving 1 star because I have too if not it’d get 0 stars 😑

To many Ads. I know that’s like everyone’s comment but it literally took me 30 minutes to complete the first level because of the freaking Ads. Its like every other button I press I get attacked by an Ad; it’s basically 60% of the game. I highly doubt people are gonna pay to remove them they’ll just delete the app and find a similar game with less ads.

First of all, there are too many ads. Why so many ads? Ugh. Second, why is she named daisy? Daisy is my friends dogs name and I don’t want her to be called that!!! And also this is a copy of all the other makeover games! You just added a house building process to it? Unbelievable. Daisy sure does seem like a big ol’ b word to me! My daughter said she likes this game so I’m giving her back to the adoption center because this game is just terrible!
