This is the worse app and customer service. I requested a refund and explained that I never signed up for this service but $142 was taken from my account. They refuse to refund me and then proceed to tell me to cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged in the future. How in the world can I cancel something that I never signed up for and that I don’t know the login to it? As a single parent with 5 children this was a real blow to our family and I hope nobody in customer service has to experience something like this. That a lot of money to some and it could have put food on the table. Very sad that I am just out of this money. I am just in disbelief that they refuse to do anything about it.

Who exactly do I contact I have been contacting them and they aren’t helping. They told me to cancel my subscription and I said how can I do that when l don’t even know my login and password?

Don’t waste your time with Zumba - horrible customer service!

I signed up for the two week trial & decided I didn’t want to continue with a membership so three days before my trial period was set to expire, I tried reaching out to cancel. There is no easy way to cancel - I got bounced between multiple email address and multiple phone numbers, all saying someone else handles cancellations. Ultimately, they told me I’d need to contact Apple to cancel everything. By this time, the trial period had expired and Zumba automatically charged me for a full years subscription - didn’t even prompt me to choose monthly or a full year, didn’t ask me to input credit card info, just charged it straight through Apple.

So now I’m stuck with an app I really don’t care for because the classes are not hard enough for a full year.

Horrible customer service. Never had so much trouble getting rid of something….and I’m still stuck with it!

I purchased a program that had no expiration date listed. I injured myself and could not do it. When I came back, they ended my access and basically told me if I wanted to do the program, I should buy it again. No empathy at all and no accountability. Despite not having an expiration date for the program, they were not willing to help at all. I felt like I just gave money away for nothing. If you care anything about customer service, this might not be the company to use. There videos are great from what I can see but customer service is horrible.

I purchased the year subscription and I loved it at first. However, then every other time I tried to use it on my fire stick all the workouts would be locked. I only had access to free ones. I would email customer service because that’s what customer service phone advises to do but took over a week. Their solution was refresh app uninstall and install but I started having to do that all the time. I called again today and waited on hold just to be told they can’t help me and go through email customer service again.

I was able to use only once. It was really friendly to use. I was looking forward to use again for my second time and suddenly Zumba stop working. I restarted my iPad. Didn’t work. I delete and open Zumba again. Didn’t work. That’s the only reason for two stars rating. I will continue using ZIN play.

Classes are fun and I love the music but the mini classes are just chopped up versions of the full length classes so there are a lot of duplicate dances. Definitely thought there would have been more content to choose from especially for the price. Glad I did the free trail and will maybe keep it for a month but certainly not worth the yearly membership.

I understand that music and copy right are an issues since it’s being streamed. I really had high hopes for this but the music is very vanilla and elevator feel. I love this app for the music and the instructions. The instructors are amazing but the music just ruins the potential of Zumba.

My only complaint is that there’s no variety in the music. After filling out a survey that asked specifically for the types of music I enjoy (Broadway show tunes, Rock, Folk, Pop were some of the ones I chose) all it has is Latin and Salsa. Don’t get me wrong, I like those as well but I really wanted more variety.

Workouts are so amazing and fun that I’m actually sticking with it and look forward to it! I wish the ability to AirPlay or screen share to TV was more well suited to share over a variety of connections

I love a this app class moment, but when I’ve got a tight schedule I can’t always make it to a class. The this app app is my savior. I can take classes right from home and get to everything I need to get. Plus, it helps me discover new classes to try near me.

I click on the music I want to listen too and then there is no save button or go back button so I have to close out Zumba . It’s a pain in the backside because I can’t do anything.

I just downloaded and discovered Zumba yesterday (Jan 2024) ! I absolutely love the classes. On days I’m not teaching I can work out to music I’m familiar with and dance with zins I follow on Instagram ; while at the same time get more song and routines ideas and inspiration! I actually like it better than the zin app for zins. Lol 😝 .
I just updated my profile to my live classes in Georgia. ! Thanks this app home office!

Zumba made me crave for this app again. I was very active teaching this app in our area , did free virtual classes during pandemic to serve our community. I will be waiting for a big this app discount offer in the email, I think Zumba motivated me to teach and inspire others again thru this app firness. Thank you for letting Gina do some videos. ❤️❤️❤️

Love Zumba ! It’s easy to use and the classes are so good! This is perfect for when you can’t get to a class and still want to dance at home. The instructors are easy to follow and make working up a sweat so much fun.

Worth every penny of the monthly subscription fee. Zumba is easy to navigate, tracks your classes, and lets you save your favorites for next time. A good selection of classes, with variety in both length of the workouts and intensity level. Plus instructor Steve Boedt is the BEST! So much fun to work out with him. Love it!

I absolutely love Zumba!! So many great options for classes from instructors I might not be able to take classes from otherwise. Easy to use too!!

Zumba is a vibrant, fun-filled way to exercise! Its user-friendly interface and diverse range of dance routines cater to all levels. The instructors are energetic, and the music keeps you moving. You can also find instructors near you if you prefer to party/workout in person.

I’ve been doing this app classes since I was 16 (almost 30 now) and the fact I can now do them from the comfort of my home is amazing!! Love all the variety of instructors and dance routines!

Zumba is super easy to use and the on demand content is so fun! I also was able to discover a new this app instructor who teaches at my gym through Zumba .

Really love Zumba!!!!!! Been waiting for something like this; been doing this app for years.

Also would be nice if there were a search function.

More this app… yes please! Love being able to find in person classes no matter where I am; and take classes virtually when I can’t leave the house. So much fun!!!
