This is the worse app and customer service. I requested a refund and explained that I never signed up for this service but $142 was taken from my account. They refuse to refund me and then proceed to tell me to cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged in the future. How in the world can I cancel something that I never signed up for and that I don’t know the login to it? As a single parent with 5 children this was a real blow to our family and I hope nobody in customer service has to experience something like this. That a lot of money to some and it could have put food on the table. Very sad that I am just out of this money. I am just in disbelief that they refuse to do anything about it.
Who exactly do I contact I have been contacting them and they aren’t helping. They told me to cancel my subscription and I said how can I do that when l don’t even know my login and password?

Don’t waste your time with this app - horrible customer service!
I signed up for the two week trial & decided I didn’t want to continue with a membership so three days before my trial period was set to expire, I tried reaching out to cancel. There is no easy way to cancel - I got bounced between multiple email address and multiple phone numbers, all saying someone else handles cancellations. Ultimately, they told me I’d need to contact Apple to cancel everything. By this time, the trial period had expired and the app automatically charged me for a full years subscription - didn’t even prompt me to choose monthly or a full year, didn’t ask me to input credit card info, just charged it straight through Apple.
So now I’m stuck with an app I really don’t care for because the classes are not hard enough for a full year.
Horrible customer service. Never had so much trouble getting rid of something….and I’m still stuck with it!

I purchased a program that had no expiration date listed. I injured myself and could not do it. When I came back, they ended my access and basically told me if I wanted to do the program, I should buy it again. No empathy at all and no accountability. Despite not having an expiration date for the program, they were not willing to help at all. I felt like I just gave money away for nothing. If you care anything about customer service, this might not be the company to use. There videos are great from what I can see but customer service is horrible.
